Burger King — Restaurant in Kearney

Update: We still eat at Kearney Burger King regularly, but they were having a really bad day today, so patience may be needed. In the time we were there for our meal, 3 or 4 people came back in with problems with their meals (And it wasn't a super busy time. The bad thing is, it looked like the manager/ leader was bagging most of the orders, so maybe that was part of the problem. Our order was correct but there was a steady line with orders to be fixed!! Like I said, PATIENCE!

Took 10 min just to order our food through the drive through. Had to repeat the order over and over, the order was correct on the receipt, however the food was made incorrectly. My suggestion is to not add bacon, cheese or jalapeños to your whopper order, the employees can't handle an upsell. They charge you for the extras but give you a plain whopper. Oh and an ice tea means sweet tea in their vocabulary as well. That was fun trying to explain we didnt want sweet tea. I'm a Doordasher and I just now waited in line for an hour. There were only 7 cars ahead of me and the lobby wasn't open. It took time away from me serving other customers and made the customer I was serving have to wait that extra hour for their food. Even if you're short staffed there's no reason for it to take that long when it isn't all that busy. I don't mean to be harsh. I've worked in this type of industry before. I just know unfortunately I will never come here myself and will encourage Doordash to stop using this Burger King as it was a waste of my time and affected...
