Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Kearney

7-7-24 last yr Jan. 2023 I decided to give this place another shot after 3 yrs from my last disappointment with them. I ordered pizza and breadsticks. My order was wrong and the pizza was burnt. I called and spoke to the manager and she said she could make me a new pizza. I told her no that wouldn't work for me because I live out of town and I wasn't going back to Kearney. I asked her if I could send her a picture of the pizza and I could get a free pizza nx time. She told me no, if i wasnt willing to go to town right there and then she couldn't do anything for me. I told her I was going to contact corporate and she said thats fine and hung up on me. I did contact corporate and I never heard back from them. I can definitely say I will never order from that dive ever again. Yesterday 10/30/20 @250p I placed an order online then had to wait in the drive thru line for 15min. Then they wouldn't honor a coupon that they have honored in the past, the owner said "no" and that was that. But he had another staff member come to the window to tell me he had said "no". If he would have taken the time to read the fine print he would have seen that I was right, but he had to be a jerk about the whole situation. They won't be getting my business...

Since under new ownership this once number one rated little casers in the country has gone downhill fast. After they dismissed the heart of operations firing Mark Susan and Gregory. They have had a slew of under qualified poorly trained staff that has delivered disgusting products. They have hired several players.from Crossroads and take. Advantage of vulnerable persons by not paying them for jobs they performed. They are not trained to make dough or know how.to order fresh product using put dated menu items. They recently had 18 healthcode violations. The new owners and manage t have given the franchise a bad name. And have left a sour taste in our community and stomach's. Do yourself a favor and try any other pizza place in town than this one. The only thing they know how to do is give refunds for orders they can't complete. I am saddened that they in two months destroyed a place of buissness that was owned and operated with pride for decades. Shame on you. W N PIZZA INC 17910 VISTA LANE COUNCIL...

Not sure where to start with this review. The food was not good. Pizza has next to no sauce on it. Crazy bread that was made, first they said they can't sell it because they didn't have the right packaging. Then when I said I don't care about the packaging as long as it's the product then I'm fine. Well last o checked, crazy bread didn't come as a lump of dough with butter all over it. Next, the service was horrible. The person who took my order has nothing behind them. Very monotone along with not helpful at all. Very dismissive. The store itself is absolutely disgusting. You can see hand prints everywhere along with food particles. Not to mention the place looks like it hasn't been cleaned since it opened. Not sure when that was. No hot and ready pizzas like advertised. All around a very poor performance and showing by the staff. Went there because I know it's considered decent budget pizza, I spend the extra money somewhere else that has a clean establishment. This place should be shut down to...
