Bender's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Keene

Originally this place left a bad taste in my mouth, but i went back a few times to give it the benefit of the doubt. If i could leave no stars I would honestly. Not only does the staff treat customers terribly, but the sexualization and objectification of women during their "beach party" and halloweekend was disgusting to say the least. If you're going to do a contest based on looks or outfits, people should be nominated like every other bar does. Not given the opportunity to just step up to the stage but then employees only allow what they see as attractive up there. They used to have decent country nights but now they dont even play country music its just some stupid 2000's playlist. Why even have a touch tunes machine if we can't play what we WANT to hear. And not for nothing, but college kids do not care about live bands. No wonder theres never a cover charge, the place would be more empty than it already gets! Sorry benders but with the amount of over serving/od's in the bathrooms/terrible workers/sexualization/and stealing other bars specials or activities, id say do better but its only gotten worse. -10/10 would...

We went on a Friday with our friends who love line dancing. Online read Bingo at 6, line dancing at 7 and could ride the bull at 9.

We didn’t get any food, our friends did and they had chicken fingers. There was a server taking drink orders or you could go to the bar on your own.

Bingo ended and line dancing started and another friend from our group asked about the bull riding. They told her they need minimum of 10 people to show interest. We got about 12 people interested including people not in our group of 8. Then they told us, they aren’t doing the bull because it takes 20 min to set up and they have a big event the next day 😑 We recommend the line dancing and the crowd and our friends had a great time. We’d go again but don’t expect their will be any bull rides, not an issue really just sounded like it would be a great way to end our night. We left once line dancing ended. Only pics I have of my friends dancing dominant post, good music and sound system too. They had cold water pitchers set up in front of bar for those who need to stay hydrated...

We were very excited to try this place out tonight as it is newer & we were looking forward to a great game day experience. Unfortunately we were very very disappointed with our visit. Bartenders and waitresses sitting at guest tables drinking & eating food with friends, letting customers pick food off of plates that were from other tables (disgusting), over serving people to the point one guy was sleeping on a couch over 45 mins & the waitress was laughing with the friends & taking pictures, customers were expressing concern with things they were seeing and the waitress & bartender would laugh and go talk with friends. I have never been to a more unprofessional business. We were really excited to try this place as they have so many great advertisements for new shows, games, etc. hopefully this isn’t a trend & was just a bad night, but these customers...
