Kolby's Restaurant Bar and Billiards — Restaurant in Keizer

Would take starts away if we could. Went once..had a great time. Took our disbailed 7 year old son with us..played pool..our son had such a great time we figured we would return for lunch and pool again. Came in..the bar tender (who clealry has a bad past..u can tell from his face he has put down some white stuff...) tells me..my child was out of controll. (My son flaps his hands and jumps when very happy..which he was. This is part of his disabilty) needless to say we left. This var has a huge rep for drug use..tweakers pack in at night to play video poker. And now at the day time. They want to show disrimation to a child with autisem...the boss may want to not do this..as soon as im done with this post here i will start making the phone calls needed to report this. And yes i made it very clear our child is disabiled and ask this cracky lame bar tender if that how they ran this place...and he said YES!!! So he addmitted they have zero custom service skills. They treat ppl poorly. And kid who are disabiled they Treat the worst!! Please do not support these kind of ppl buy spending your money there. (This is honest as well...the 1st time we came..order frys and chicken strips and i had 1 drink...drink was over priced and weak. Food was over priced and small amounts and COOPERS sells the same and for half the cost and it for some reason taist way better...) horrible place when true...

Absolutely great place. Good atmosphere, fantastic food, and clean place. Would have given 5 stars except for the service. The waitress, a blonde lady in her 40's or so, was not great. We ordered a couple beers while we waited for our food which was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. We finished our first beer just before the food was delivered. Asked for another when she brought the food. She then started talking to another female, helped other customers and dinked around on the register. So, as she passed by I reminded her we needed another beer. She said "yeah, just a sec" as she went on to help another customer that arrived after we did. We were half done with our meal before we got that second drink. Then I picked up our bottles and plates after we finished the meal and brought them to the counter. She asked if we wanted another drink and I said no that we just wanted to cash out. So she went on to help 2 other customers that walked in after us. It took a good 10 minutes just to pay the bill. Which I know doesn't seem that bad but the place wasn't that busy and she could have handled the whole situation better. Will definitely be back, but if that type of service happens again, I...

We used to go here often to play pool, but too many times the black male bartender seems to be racist to white people. He gives us the absolute worst service, and he only serves people he is friendly with that are not white. Tonight we decided is the last time trying Kolby’s because of this guy having such a miserable attitude. Food got served to other groups but he took over an hour and a half and he never got us just the basket of chicken strips we ordered. We asked him about it after playing pool for close to two hours, and he had the audacity to tell us we need to “say something” to remind him that we never got our food. I’ve worked plenty of bartending events and jobs and never would demand that of a customer that never got what they ordered. It is so lame. Plain and simple, the guy sucks and has to go before we’d ever consider returning. But at this point we plan to support rival businesses with billiards who don’t treat white people like second class citizens. And I realize that might seem like an exaggeration, but I swear we have great times at tons of other places with staff who aren’t racist toward...
