Ringo's Tavern — Restaurant in Keizer

Our family was aware that one of our members was at a bar drinking and attempting to commit suicide after his goodbye letters reached us we contacted the bar and ask if they would stop serving him drinks. They said no I drove down to the bar to get my family member only to not see him inside after speaking to the bartender/ manager he said he couldn't and wouldn't tell me where my family member was. I walked out confused and found my family member passed out in front of the bar I woke him up and asked him to come home but he did not. I went back inside and told the bartender to please not serve him anymore drinks as he is to intoxicated to even walk or drive. The bartender told me it wasn't his business nor problem. I noticed that there were several incoherent people in the bar Getting served passed the limit of and visibly intoxicated. I told the bartender that I didn't want problems and would report him to the owner but he assured me that was not going to happen. My biggest complaint is that my family member did try and commit suicide that night and when the officers found him he was intoxicated passed the point and with self inflicted wounds. When I walked inside the bar to figure out why the bartender kept serving drinks to everyone that was visibly and overly intoxicated he shrugged me off and said good luck. I hope that this situation gets taken seriously and that this bar gets inspected for serving alcohol to people who are visibly and overly intoxicated and are a danger to them selves and those around. To the owner August 9 was the date maybe u can train ur employee better so that they do not serve overly intoxicated people. It's not a problem when it's not ur family member trying to commit...

The newest owners of Ringo's have short cut everything they have done within the last two years. The bathrooms do not function properly. One urinal in the men's room has not had running water for more than 6 months. The water for the toilet and sink run very slowly...hard to wash your hands. The modifications to the kitchen took many months to complete. The new Chinese food is mediocre. They try to make up for that by serving huge portions. Much more than anyone can eat. This place reminds me of the song "I love this bar" by Toby Keith. It's a place where even if you don't know a single person there, by the end of the night you will feel like you've been hanging there for awhile. The atmosphere is relaxed and laughter is a common sound. The lady bar tender that has worked there for years is extremely efficient at handling drink orders from a packed bar but still managing to get to know the customers. It's really impressive.
