i never leave bad reviews because i always try to give people the benefit of the doubt because i as-well am in food service and unfortunately understand how overwhelming and annoying things and customers can be at times but i never speak condescending or don't know how to speak to a customer.
for starters around 420pm today i went through the drive through with my friend who happened to also work at a different Starbucks location and politely ordered a tall iced London fog latte and asked for cold foam as-well (this is something directly on the menu not some random thing i made up) the lady on the headset was polite and told me steeping the tea bag will take 5 minutes which im very aware of and had zero problem waiting because we know how the tea works:) then the lady asked if i could pull around so they could steep it and bring it out to me and i asked if it would be easier for them if i just came inside and waited! the lady was saying something and immediately got cut off by someone else on a headset who goes “ SO STEEPING A TEA BAG TAKES 5 WHOLE MINUTES SO WE HAVE TO POUR HOT WATER AND WAIT 5 MINUTES SO IF YOU AREN’T WILLING TO WAIT WE CAN MAKE YOU SOMETHING ELSE” as she started listing random options. “i said ..um im okay with waiting.. the london fog is fine!:) she says okay and i say could i please get soft top on that aswell”
…i never once was impolite i gave constant please and thank yous and i never complained or made any face or fuss about having to wait i was trying to ask if i could make things easier for them by coming inside which is what i said “im aware but i was wondering if you guys would prefer me to wait outside or just come inside so none of you guys have to come outside” as she responded “ scoff it honestly doesn’t even matter either one” i just said okay at that point and thank you i then came inside to no greeting just death stares. it was not busy nor were there anymore but one car behind me and 2 people at tables inside a lady with black rimmed glasses and her hair up made my drink and was slamming/ kicking past things on the ground and throwing trash and tossing sugar packet garbage around it was so odd got my drink and left overall the worst service experience i’ve actually ever had anywhere it was just very condescending and attitude filled and it seemed like this person was just lazy and didn’t want to make my drink which is fine i understand but i was never rude or snappy with her. normally starbucks workers are so nice or just silent which is understandable but this was unnecessary overall both of us left confused and disappointed with the...
Read moreStarbucks, the caffeinated mecca that transcends the ordinary! My recent expedition to this coffee sanctuary was nothing short of a cosmic journey. As I stepped through the caffeinated portal, the aroma of freshly ground beans hugged my senses, whispering promises of caffeinated bliss.
The baristas, masters of the coffee cosmos, brewed elixirs with the precision of alchemists. Their hands moved like caffeinated symphonies, orchestrating a ballet of espresso and frothy milk. I felt like I was witnessing the creation of the universe, but in a cup.
And oh, the generosity bestowed upon us mere mortals! As if the universe conspired to celebrate my existence, they gifted not one, but two heavenly elixirs. It was like winning the coffee jackpot—a double shot of cosmic bliss!
The ambiance, a harmonious blend of chatter and the celestial hum of coffee machines, was the perfect backdrop to my caffeinated odyssey. The celestial beings behind the counter were not just baristas; they were coffee sorcerers, brewing dreams in paper cups.
In this cosmic haven, I sipped my free elixirs, feeling the caffeine pulsate through my veins like a surge of interstellar energy. The universe may be vast, but in that Starbucks, it felt like home. A 5/5 experience? Nay, it transcended ratings—it was a voyage into the caffeinated sublime!
We were so noisy and annoying but the staff were very patient and gifted us two free venti drinks, just because they forgot to give us our free...
