Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Keizer

Just got back from getting a couple of sandwiches and strips... This was my wife's and son's first time getting to try Chik-Fil-A. I have never had any issues at the Clackamas location or the Covington Washington location but here it appeared the chicken was running around with it's head cut off. The staff in the front end of the drive through (where we enter and take orders were great) that is where the pleasant experience ended. We couldn't have had a more simple order as the only changes we did was add bacon to the deluxe sandwiches. When we finally got up to recover or order the staff had lost our order and the people behind us recieved their food before those of us in front. The food was also waiting outside on a table for pick up which added to the items being luke warm at best. Once we received our order we checked the bag and was told our sauces were in the box of strips... The sauces were not added to the bag, the sandwiches did not have the bacon that was charged and labeled that they had it and the food was neither hot nor crispy the chicken both on the sandwich in strips were soggy (the breading) the meat was rather dry like they were sitting under a heat light for a long period of time. It's a new location so I understand issues happen but if you are craving Chik-Fil-A you are better off going to the food truck when it is around or driving further to get food worth the wait you know will happen when trying to...

I was disappointed with the service here.

One person working the front counter for the majority of the time we were in line.

Other staff were busy talking amongst themselves.

It appeared that the manager was giving special treatment to either a friend or a manger from another location since he opened a register just for them and only served them.

Once they finally took our order we took our drinks and sat down, only to come back to the counter to get a new Sprite as it tasted like nasty chemical water.

We then waited at least 15 minutes before finally asking an employee about the food we'd ordered still not being given to us and they said they'd go check for us but they kept washing tables.

I got up to check myself and that's when they decided to go check returning to say they are boxing up your food now. It was another 5 minutes before we got our food.

The chicken nuggets were very good but the waffle fries were way too salty.

I've always loved Chic-fil-a but this wasn't a good experience.

The cones marking off the entrance to the parking lot was confusing. I didn't want to get into the drive through and had to do a uturn into the second drive thru line to enter into the parking lot to park my car.

Food is good but the service is awful. I've been to many other Chic Fil A locations and never had these problems.

1st experience: I waited an hour to get home to find out that I paid for a kids meal that they never gave to me.

2nd experience: I waited an hour for staff to goof around and never take my order. So when I got to the window, they had to start my order. Then I got to wait another half an hour,4 cars ahead of the window.

3rd: waited forever for them to forget items I paid for.

4th: and final. I got breakfast. NO LINE. And the staff were goofing around, saying they had no biscuits. We ordered 4 items. We were told to move up in front of the window with one car behind us and waited 30 minutes. An employee walked up to us with a cherry in her hand and said "we forgot your cherry on the milkshake... want it?" ... no i did not. Then when I finally got my food and got home. I realized they forgot all the sauce I asked for...
