Burger King — Restaurant in Keizer

It's fast food. The only thing you can really say about a fast food place is thats the employees are either nice or rude and if the place is dirty or clean. This Bk in my experiences over the years of going there is that the employees are usually pretty friendly and nice. If they get busy busy and have a line out the parking lot in the drive threw and a bunch of people inside there gonna be in work fast mode so they might be a little short with convo tryna get everyone delt with. I know how some of you are with fast food and retail employees acting like they work solely for you and everyone else should just wait on you hand and foot, chill. There most of the time kids entering the workforce tryna get money to hang out with friends on the weekend. No need to throw a fit if something get switched up on your order it's free to be kind and understanding. Now if they are workers are cussing you out taking your order then throw the food at you and laugh sure crash out a bit . But that's not the case 99.99 percent of the time there's alot of ppl that eat at the same place you eat at things get mixed up sometimes. That pretty much sums up our dinner at this location. Don't get me wrong I'm a Burger King Fan, but this store needs to be cleared out from the top down. If I could give a ZERO Rating on this review I would do so without reservation. (Please read the other reviews.)

The food was less than lukewarm and the fries were undercooked with little, to no salt. When you order a Whopper you should "Get it Your Way", extra tomatos, Mayo and onions, and Hot and Juicy: "Not the Cook's and staff's Way", Heavy mustard, no Mayo, little onions and when you hold the burger Water Gushes Out. Oh, did I mention that it was less than lukewarm.

It was not a pleasent dinning experience. This is not my first visit to this establishment, but I can safely say that-- It will be my last. Please do yourself a favor and go on down the road to another store. Their are other things that I could say regarding the Service, the Drinking Fountain not serving properly, but I think you can get the idea.

Just leaving this restaurant. Came in with my family. Not very pleased.. we walked in and there was no "Hello, hi how are you. Nothing but.... what do you want... just plan rude. Ordered than went to the bathroom with my daughter and the grosses restroom I've been in a long time.. there was not one customer in the restaurant area. We were the only ones there. Ordered our food. Ice machine didn't work, there was no sauces displayed, our fries were cold. My chicken sandwich looked like it has been sitting for an hour. The cookie that came with my meal was hard. This restaurant was DIRTY DIRTY. like I said no one was in the restaurant area. No one was cleaning up anywhere. The trash was piled up. The floors were gross.. not a good experience. I will not be bring my family back. Our meal came to $30.17 and went to pay with a $50. So our change would be 20.00.... but they...
