Where to start... this was the SECOND time I went thru the drive-thru and had to wait 20 min for my food!!!! Needless to say, I will NEVER GO BACK!!! When I ordered, they said the orange chicken would be 5-12 min, and I said I'd wait. When I got to the window, after i paid, they said the fried rice wasn't ready. I asked how much longer AND explained that last time they said that it took 20 min to get my food AND I had to go inside to get it, defeating the point of using drive-thru! She told me 5 min. So I parked along with another car that was 1 car behind me. After 7 min the lady who parked next to me (who was pregnant AND had a small child with her) and I both went inside to see what was going on. She got her food before me and then I was informed that they gave my order to someone else by mistake! So now I had to wait a little bit while they repackaged my order. Well, after a few more minutes they informed me that it would be 5 more min because they were out of cream cheese ragoons. So, EVERY ITEM I ORDERED WAS NOT READY!!! Finally when I got my order, a little after 20 min, we had to rush home so my sisters boyfriend wouldn't be late for work and he didn't have time to eat. All I got was a "sorry for that..." from one employee while 3 of them huddled by the drive-thru window talking among themselves. They gave me a coupon that expired TWO YEARS AGO! And my ragoons that weren't ready, well they were burned to a crisp! This is beyond unexceptable!!! And am so dissapointed in every aspect; wait time, customer service, food quality, etc! As I said before, I'LL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION...
Read moreI came in today (dine in) to pick up a meal for a friend. Standing in line I observed a female worker (Jasmine) walking around rolling her eyes non stop at everyone and everything. There was one male worker she was being exceptionally mean too, for no reason. It was obvious the young man was doing his best (and a good job too), but she kept treating him poorly anyway and you could see how it affected the poor kid. She would walk around and snicker about him to other works to get them in on it. Work place bullying like this is unacceptable. It is discrimination. This worker is the only Caucasian person working, and was being treated awful by all the other workers. I worked at the same location almost 10 years ago. It was the exact same situation. When I brought up the discrimination to my boss (Victor) he brought me into the closet and threw his hat at me and said “I’m not that special” I quit at that moment. I was only 17 and couldn’t stand up for myself then just like this young man, I’m sure. It breaks my heart to know that all this time later literally the exact same thing is still happening. Evan, if you ever read this. Please know you were doing your absolute best and you didn’t deserve any of the treatment that they were giving you. I would say it gets better but it doesn’t. Read moreIf I could rate zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. Ordered food and was told they were out of 3 of the 5 things ordered. So I offered to wait. 2 of the options were done after about 8 minutes. When I went up to the counter to continue my order I stood watching employees load up other orders right in front of me and not one person said a word to me. Finally the girl who helped me originally came over and I expected her to help me finish my order. She started dishing up a plate of food. So I waited until she was done. Nope! She was dishing herself a plate of food and went on break without saying a word to me. So I waited thinking the girl who had been dishing up other customers that arrived after me would soon help me. After standing waiting for her for about 5 minutes a man came up to the counter and said the orange chicken taste horrible. She never did acknowledge me. I was done at this point. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service from everyone working in that store. I will not be returning...
