Burger King — Restaurant in Kelso

Worst burger king ever. My family eats at burger king atleast once a week. On our way home from a nice little trip with our 5 kids we make a stop at our usual burger king that we stop at on our way home from the coast. We arrived at 9:20pm and the manager and another staff came out to smoke she was clearly annoyed made sure we heard her say to him the lobby closed in 30mins. We rushed in hurried to eat and feed our kids ages 2-10. Our food was cold and we threw most of it away due to being rushed out. She continued to yell every few minutes from the kitchen how many minutes we had. I took 4 of our 5 kids out at 9:59 as my husband finished cleaning up our mess. My husband walked up to the counter asked the gentleman working who their district manager was and for corporates number. The girl stepped in front of him and aggressively said what do you want I'm the manager my husband continued to ask for the corporate number and district managers name. She refused continuing to yell at him to leave the store. My husband asked for her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag she refused to give him any information. She threated to call the cops on my husband because he wouldn't leave even tho he was cleaning up and asking for those people's names and number, which we know she didn't want to give because she new she was...

We stopped at this BK in April 25th 2020 at 4:33pm. We had a trailer with us that we didnt want to risk damaging anything in the drive thru with. So we called on the phone to request a alternative delivery option. The workers there were extremely rude. We explained that we could try to navigate the ordering round-about but that would be a risky idea and might cause damage to the order board, plants, trailer, car etc. They told us they wouldnt serve us. We suggested that we go out and call the delivery company that many use and the manager said they would still refuse to serve us. He went out of his way with his unacceptable behavior by chasing us down in the parking lot to tell us no matter what they would not take our order as we were leaving. Totally unnecessary as if he was looking for a fight of some sort. We are across the street at the Taco Time without further incident. I'm baffled as to why this particular BK acted this way. We routinely eat at the Seattle area BK's and the staff are always pleasant even when extremely busy during lunch and dinner rushes. Maybe close this one so it doesn't continue to...

I would give this location a negative 10 stars, if I could!! My Family and I came to this location because it was very close to our hotel, and what we thought convenient. This Burger King was ANYTHING BUT THOSE THINGS!!!! Not only did they TOTALLY mess up something as simple as a Mustard Whopper, but the Manager on duty tried to defend his employees' ignorance, in serving the wrong item. That same manager ARGUED with me that Burger King did not have this item on the menu!!! Anyone with half a brain could GOOGLE the Mustard Whopper, and see it IS an ACTUAL menu item listed with Burger King. The fries were stale and cold, and the burger they served my husband was COMPLETELY WRONG, and they charged over $8 for the WRONG ITEM!!! Their food is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. And if you are being cautious during this Pandemic, DO NOT GO THERE.
