The wait in the restaurant lobby and in the drive thru is ridiculously long. I'm talking like 30 mins and sometimes even longer depending on the day and time of your visit. If it's Friday or Saturday night good luck even getting a parking spot there are cars parked in nearly all of the spots and one usually pulled up to the sidewalk right where the only door to get into the restaurant lobby is located. Why you may be wondering? Well that answer is simple. Because that is where one employee who I can only assume is the manager has her big butch girlfriend park to hang out with her while she is on the clock with their windows down and stereo way up to bump her music at max volume while they smoke cigarettes and marijuana in excess for extended periods of time. While they take buddy breaks where all the manager and her favorite employees go out on break together leaving only 1 or 2 employees in store to handle all the customers in the lobby ordering as well as in the drive through not to mention all the online and door dash/Uber/GrubHub orders coming in through that system. It's no wonder why it takes 30+ minutes to get an order any other taco bell can pump out in 3-5 mins all the while employees are acting more like it's a party outside yelling and laughing and smoking pot and cigs multiple employees taking a single can of cardboard out to the recycling area leaving even less employees in the building working while they slowly as they can make their way to the back of the lot.... Not to mention the ones inside throwing things from drive through window back into the kitchen cooking area where.one employee said "I think that landed in the meat!" While that was happening I see another employee popping hot sauce packets in the kitchen trying to squirt another employee with it's contents mostly missing though and landing a majority of several hot sauces on the floor and just dropping the empty packets on the floor.... During this whole circus show I'm witnessing not once does an employee (and several made eye contact with me) even acknowledge me standing there or attempt to help me with anything. I was waiting to pick up a doordash order and I stood there for 10 mins without being helped while all the other nonsense went on around me, and believe me when I say it was pure chaos and they all should be ashamed of their poor to non-existant work ethics. As should the owners be ashamed of their employees behaviors and the terrible food they pump out of the Taco Bell 🌮 🔔 located @729 ocean beach hwy, Longview WA. It's an absolute disgrace to all fast-food restaurants and their workers not to mention a complete nightmare to health department workers! I give them all ZEROS ACROSS THE ENTIRE BOARD !
UPDATE: THIS REVIEW WAS MEANT TO BE AT THE OCEAN BEACH HWY TACOBELL NOT THE ALLEN STREET TACOBELL SO I WANT TO REVISE THIS REVIEW BY STATING THE ALLEN STREET TACOBELL HAS ALWAYS BEEN SOLID AS FAR AS GOOD FOOD GOOD SERVICE! ITS THE ONE ONE ON OCEAN BEACH NOT THE BRAND NEW ONE EITHER THE ONE THATS OUT BY 38TH AVE IS ALSO TERRIBLE BUT FOR DIFFERENT REASONS THAN THE OTHER. MY RECOMMENDATION IS AS FOLLOWS: IF YOU WANT TO EAT FROM TACO BELL IN THE LONGVIEW KELSO AREA I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAKING THE TRIP TO KELSO TACOBELL. THE OTHER TWO PLACES ARE WHACK AF & DONT DESERVE...
Read moreI used to go to this Taco Bell at least once a month but had quit doing so. Since this past summer I saw much higher prices of most of their menu items than on previous visits. In some cases having 40% increases. I used to be able to feed 4 people for under $20... now it is closer to $30... I wondered if it was just at this particular Taco Bell restaurant -- or did all of them increase prices? It turns out that they all eventually raised prices and Kelso just so happened to be one of the first to do so. At that time I had gone to the East Coast and discovered that even Airport Taco Bells were cheaper than Kelso. I really thought that the local franchisee was price gouging. Today, I put those feelings to rest; I checked prices elsewhere -- the truth was that most of the country's Taco Bell restaurants were the same or higher priced than at the Kelso Taco Bell.
As of April 9, 2024 these were some of the prices I checked... both for local and East Coast and Texas.

Read moreI cannot give 5 stars. I started ordering food from here a while ago and absolutely loved it. So I kept ordering, Then I noticed they were hiring and so..I took a major interest in it. The place was always clean and the workers with they're nose to the grind. So I applied and after some checking in and numerous calls I got an interview. The interviewer did not show up. And failed to do so a second time. The third interview and the RGM didn't show up again but got an interview of which the worker had only taken down number. Told me they'd give me a call. The next interview was again another random worker of which had to ask me what questions he should be asking as he's never done one before. So the final interview had the RGM of which I was offered the job. I then came in the next day and was told to watch videos as they didn't have time to train me. I was shocked but listened. They informed me not to worry as I would get 30 hours minimum a week. In nearly two weeks I had barely gotten 10 hours. The computer they had that had the videos needed to start work constantly bugged and at times wouldn't load at all. It kept happening so I kept getting put on hold. Over the course of this two week journey I got constant messages from our crew messaging app about needing people to come in and needing people to stop flaking. And yet, Here I was begging to just come in to even clean up. Everytime I asked to come in with the acception of one time I was told "No" or "To busy we need our best workers. Some other time." I could keep going but I'm highly disapointed. And I think I've gotten my point across. I wish this crew the best and I pray the next worker they get they actually follow...
