It's almost a given that you have to look past food quality when choosing fast food for a quick meal. Committing to an order you agree to that, and also can't have to high of an expectation. However, what you do expect is fast and fresh. Moving forward... My order was put into the computer incorrectly. Not known til over TWENTY minutes later when my forgotten food was finally handed to me through the secondary window. Even asked the middle aged gentleman if my food was hot. A more than fair question as my wait time was unacceptably long. Employee answered "yes absolutely, as it always is" slightly irritated I look through the bag to find messy placement of incorrect items and room temperature fries. When he finally did come and I asked why they directed people to two lanes but were only serving one he made some nonsense excuse and said "well, I don't know how I can fix it now". Then waited forever for what is supposed to be fast food and after finally arriving at window ... Ignored some more. When girl finally appeared with my order, instead of handing it to me with at least a "sorry about the mix-up" or "thanks for your patience" she turned her back on me while holding my food and engaged in a flirty conversation with a co-worker. When she was done with her conversation she finally gave me my order and I let her know I was unhappy with the experience and she said "well, it's just the two of us filling orders" and stared at me with her mouth open like she was hoping I would drop dead. If your business is open you should meet minimum standards of customer service and if you can't you should close. Wont...
