I am a longtime customer and today an unfortunate event happened at the Kelso drive thru. I have seen employees come and go and all are deeply missed because of their warmth and relationships established. However, there is now a woman who works at the drive thru in Kelso who seems mad and unfriendly every time I go there so I try to avoid this location and go to the 15th avenue location where everyone is super friendly, warm and welcoming. This morning I didnt have time to go to 15th Avenue location and went to Kelso. I am always bummed when she waits on me and today I was wrong to let my frustration get the best of me. I purchased a gift card and asked that my order be placed on the red Leaf gift card (like I always have done once or twice a week for the past 2 years). Well, she charged my debit card instead and I got upset because there is always an issue with her. I apologize to whatever her name is (she wouldnt give me her name) and Annie said she was the assistant manager when I asked to speak to a manager. I will not be going back to the Kelso location and as much as I love the drinks, the bad vibes I get from this woman is not worth it. I will be cutting down on...

When you put it this way, it makes complete sense. Thank you for making my favorite coffee without jumping into my car and asking when my birthday is or what my plans are for the day. ❤️❤️
I love Red Leaf coffee and treats!! It’s my favorite. I don’t even bother with anyone else. But, I do need to say that I’m a little taken aback that your baristas are now verbally requesting tips. If your baristas need more money and are asking for tips, perhaps you ought to reevaluate the wage you are paying them. After all, they are absolutely the BEST. Always have a smile and kind word without being overbearingly ridiculous like your coffee brother 😉 Plus, my order is always exactly as I...
Read moreWe went for the first time just to sit down and relax over a cup of coffee. I don't recall what I ordered, but the coffee was as good as Dutch Bros!!! Not too bitter or too strong.
The service/staff was excellent. We were cheerfully greeted the moment we entered.
Their menu wasn't ginormous, but I'm sure they would be able to make whatever you are looking for.
The facility was exceptionally CLEAN!, and roomy. Lots of seating & tables.
They DO offer little snack options, if you're feeling snacky. They also offer little tools to aid in your coffee experience, such as cups, straw cleaners, etc..
I definitely recommend Red Leaf Organic Coffee, as we had a great experience, mostly because the coffee had such great flavor. I'll definitely be going back!
To the staff...Great Job!
P.s. only gave 4 stars because I felt their prices were excessive & unnecessary. I will go back, but not as often as I'd like, because I can't afford to pay that...
