This happened quite some time ago. I ordered an Eggplant Parmesan and got Chicken Parmesan instead. I took a bite and inadvertently swallowed the chicken.
I'm a vegetarian and I know most people aren't and wouldn't care. Some would think this is funny because some vegetarians moralize and are preachy so some of us are not well-liked.
I understand that people make mistakes... Who hasn't; we are only human. But the waitress insisted that I ordered a chicken parmesan which could never be the case since I am a vegetarian and would never order chicken. But she was insistent. This did not help the situation. So I just decided to leave the restaurant.
I don't see what the point was in arguing with me about it. I'm a very reasonable person and understand a mistake was made but it appears she could not accepting the mistake.
I had read about an Indian vegetarian customer in some restaurant elsewhere in another state that was mistakenly given meat in their food. They sued the restaurant and the restaurant had to pay for a trip to India where they underwent a ritual purification by a Hindu priest.🤣😂. I bet after that incident that particular restaurant got a lot better about getting their orders straight.
While I never would do something like that I just stopped going back to that restaurant and won't go there again. A little customer service goes a long way. Just own up to an error and move on.
Maybe I'll give them another chance and in fairness be able to write a...
Read moreHolyshit ,the photo above is me half way eating this.but I had to review mid meal. In this photo shows the chicken parm with fries and the alfredo pizza. The pizza is beautiful ,a traditional pasta alfredo is supposed to be creamy and rich, yet light, not heavy on the throat and stomach ,and this pizza embodied it,the alfredo sauce delicate and light which gave the flavor the spotlight it needed and the bacon was so fresh and well cooked( cause you can't lie burnt bacon sucks) and the cheese was a good pick. Now the chicken parm. I opened the chicken parm and realized the fries looks well basic just plain thick cut fries.but when I ate that fries, it really surprised me, ig they covered it with salt and herbs and idk if it was cause I ate it fresh but it was so good( also love when places put ketchup packages in your bag without asking, it just shows that they care and are attentive of their customers) and the chicken parm was where I was mind boggled, its looked toasty so I was expecting a crunch but no I got the opposite event. It was fluffy and soft yet still having that crisp and toasty flavor and the chicken wasn't oily and sauce and cheese were like dancers just in the sandwich binding are the flavors together beautifully. Honestly surprised cause this place is rated 4.6 but that rating is way to low for the quality of this food...
Read moreI had recently visited Andy's Pizzeria and my experience there was beyond fenomenal! Everyone there is so welcoming and friendly and don't even get me started on the food! I had ordered an Andy's special and a seperate order of Spaghetti carbonara and let me tell you how delicious it was! The pizza itself was not greasy, very cheesy along with enough crunch. The spaghetti carbonara is definitely one of my all time favorites and Andy's Pizzeria definitely nailed it. I barely rate any take-out restaurants but they definitely deserve a rating. For sure I would be coming back and get some catering service as well. They are a small family business that had just recently opened up according to a very lovely young lady, Veronica. Never have I been this content with...
