Update: Their response is as trash as this restaurant...
I rarely leave reviews for fast food but this experience was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to share it.
I placed an online order at this Burger King location, hoping for a quick and easy meal. Unfortunately, what I received was the exact opposite. Not only was my order missing several items, but the staff also took it upon themselves to make unauthorized substitutions; replacing a $3 item with one that costs only $1. That’s not just inconvenient; it’s dishonest.
When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was met with indifference and dismissiveness. Things escalated when I asked to speak with the manager. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, she became visibly upset and raised her voice at me for pointing out a simple pricing discrepancy. Instead of resolving the situation, she made it worse by creating an uncomfortable and hostile atmosphere.
The customer service was downright appalling, the food quality was subpar, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was unpleasant. If you value basic courtesy, accurate orders, and fair treatment; do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Read moreOn 2/17 my son and parents were kicked out for having outside food while waiting for me to arrive and eat at BK. Manager JACK ARRANGO was on shift. My son since the has been scarred that we would be kicked out of food establishment since then. Yesterday we went to another BK and he felt like he had to ask "can we eat here" as a mother this breaks my heart! I hope you implement training on your managers on REAL costumer service not just some videos they have to watch. With the school shootings going on I am afraid to send my child to school and now my 5yr feels somewhat shook that he can't eat in an establishment with out being "in trouble with the bad man" as he says. Read moreI was absolutely not happy with my visit today ordering here always seems to be an issue and the workers have terrible attitude and today it was enough to actually write a review because who leaves reviews at fast food restaurants??? I was reading off a list and first thing I know I said was I would like a JR chicken, proceeded to order two bacon cheese burgers and a regular cheese burger. I wanted half sweet tea and lemonade for my drink I guess that was a first and the young lady taking my order laughed and said “uhh okayyy” I pull up and check my order .. no jr chicken I check the receipt and she just put in burgers. Continued to say I never said that got the manager who wanted to go back and forth about the fact that I never said it when I know I did. I told them listen I don’t mind paying and I will give one of these burgers I never order back like it’s not an issue but I’m not going to keep going on about something I knew I said. Point is do better . Also since when do the burgers only have mustard???? Like no ketchup in the burgers?? ill make sure to just go to Wendy’s...
