I have to say that I normally come to this KFC because it’s in a very convenient location for me but after the service I received today, it was the last time I’ll be going there.
When I arrived I wasn’t even greeted through the drive thru, I had to say hello 3-4 times before someone came on and said “how can I help you”. I kindly asked what is the kids menu and he said “no there is no kids menu” so I said okay, can I order a 3 piece tender and he quickly cut me off and said what to drink…I then said one second please, so I Continued to edit the order because I wanted Mac and cheese instead of fries and he then said (which it’s one of my biggest pet peeves) is that all? I said no, I also want a cookie, again, is that all, I said no, I asked does it come with a biscuit, he said yes, is that all? By this point I was so frustrated that I said yes but then I wanted to add another small Mac n cheese but he then again cut me off as I was talking and I kept saying hello and he didn’t answer. So I drove to the window and when I got there I told him I wanted to add a another Mac and cheese and he was very dry and seemed as if he was annoyed by me adding something to my order.
I gave him my card and he gave it back to me, not looking at me, not saying thank you, not saying a word. He than gave the me the receipt the same way, no eye contact, nothing but a rude attitude. He gave me my food again, the same way, rude!!

I ordered online to pick up after work all I wanted was some hot fast food on my way home but in the drive thru lane they told me I would have to go inside the store and wait 20 minutes for my order. I told them why couldn't I just wait at the drive thru window since there was absolutely nobody in line behind me, they told me manager said I had to go inside. I asked to speak to manager who never came but magically my food was ready within minutes. Employees were heard in the back talking about me just because I wanted my order in the drive thru instead of going in the store. The cashier who handles money, cards, etc. grabbed The drinking cups from the rims with two fingers inside the cup! When I requested to please change cups because of her fingers inside cup, she got upset & said she did not do it. I insisted and even my two companions agreed and told her check your cameras if you do not believe it! Good grief! Did she have to argue? Especially these days with the Covid food employees HAVE to be more careful about handling food not to contaminate unnecessarily more people!
