Went there yesterday. Got sat pretty quickly and greeted by this waitress (dont know her name) she had black hair, fake lashes and looked like she didnt wanna be there. She got us water and asked if we wanted to order an appetizer, we said we needed a minute to look at the menu (she was hurrying us up). She came back like fifteen minutes later and i told her we hadn’t received bread yet when every other table had and she said she was going to bring it shortly. I ordered a churrasco to which she said they ran out so i told her i needed another minute to decide what i wanted, she stood next to me and i felt pressured so i ordered the first thing i saw on the menu. 20 minutes passed after i placed my order, still no bread, i saw her on her phone by the computer they use to ring up stuff.. I kept looking around at all the tables being sat after me and they were being served bread. I get up at that point and go over to the hostesses and ask for bread since we still hadnt received any, they said ok the next one that comes out we’ll take it there. This never happened. I waited an extra 20 minutes, my waitress was nowhere to be seen. I still had gotten no bread, no food, just a margarita I had ordered at the beginning of my time there. At that point I was so upset at the customer service this stupid girl had provided that I got up before the food even got there, left the margarita and left . I understand if u wanna upsell and have people purchase ur appetizers, but if bread comes for every table, then put it for every table, especially if I asked several times. Regardless of that, she was an awrful waitress. Service has gone down tremendously there. I will not be going back. I know management sometimes visits local businesses to drop off their samples and cards and I will never again take a sample or card from these people again. You should fire this girl. Read moreThis past weekend I ordered 2 chicken Caesar salads from Texas because I had tried the salmon salad nearly a month ago and it was great. This was a take out order and when I got home my wife ate half of her salad and discovered some sort of bug on a piece of Lettuce. I hadn’t opened mines yet because I was in the bathroom, so she checked minds and discovered the same little bugs in mine. The bugs seemed to be nats but I couldnt tell for sure what type of insect it was. I then called Texas and spoke to Manager Miguel Cruz who said he was shocked because it had never happened before at that location. I insisted that I bring the food back to him to see for his self but he said there was no need for it and I would receive a refund for this incident. He also asked for my wife’s email because he wanted to send us some type of coupon. Miguel I never got a refund or coupon and you told me both would be sent at the end of business 3 days ago. I actual like Texas but I won’t be dinner at this location again. If you can’t perform a simple task like washing your lettuce properly who know what else is being overlooked at this location? I’ve worked in food services in my younger days and I know it can be overwhelming but at least keep your word when it comes to customer interactions. It wasnt about the $23.74 that was suppose to be refunded it was about customer experience. Read moreUPDATE: Last Sunday, March 24, 2024 we walked in and were seated. There was no waiting…so far so good. We started with a Corona Beer for my husband and a Long Island Tea for me. My drink was watered down! 😠 My husband ordered NY Strip 8 oz, Baked Potato with butter and sour cream on the side, and House Salad. Dallas Filet 6 oz, Broccoli and Carrots, and House Salad for me. We both ordered our steaks cooked medium well. We cut into the steaks and they were both undercooked, and the baked potato had butter and sour cream on top of it! 😠We sent back our food something we don’t like to do. We asked to replace the Baked Potato with Chili instead. Our waitress was very nice and polite (can’t remember her name). Few minutes later our food was brought back…but the Chili was not hot, just lukewarm, at this point we just ate and called it a night. I don’t know what happened with the cook today but he did everything wrong! 😑
Management needs to step up their efforts in training the cooks and bartenders to be better at their jobs! This is a great example of how you lose customers!!
For these reasons I have dropped my ratings from 5 stars to 3 stars.

This is one of our local steakhouses we frequent. I ordered the Dallas Filet medium well with Sweet Potato and Steamed Broccoli. It was cooked perfectly, thoroughly enjoyed it! My fiancé ordered a Prime Rib with Baked Potato, and Steamed Broccoli, he enjoyed it as well.
Great experience, service was great. Fast and friendly. Perfect for a date night!
