I got a falafel wrap for lunch take-out, simple, fresh, delicious. I'm picky with my falafel, and this had the right amount of bite and satisfying texture where it didn't feel dry or like it needed tons of sauce.
They were alsl generous enough to give me their homemade hot sauce to try in addition to the tahini, and it was 🔥 (Always appreciate sauce when it's homemade and well-balanced in terms of heat and flavor, so thank you for the effort!)
