The Best Thing Since Sliced Bread - NYC-Style Bagels in Kennebunk!

As a former New Yorker and bagel aficionado, I can confidently say these bagels are the closest you'll find to authentic NYC bagels within a 100-mile radius. While they may be on the pricier side, the quality justifies every penny.

The flavors are exceptional, with the jalapeño cheddar standing out as a personal favorite. Its subtle tang pairs perfectly with lox, creating a delightful flavor combination that transports me back to the Big Apple.

I’d pretty much given up hope of eating good (or even decent) bread this summer after having to cut out gluten for some health stuff … until my mom brought home bagels from Kport bagels! I was so pleasantly surprised. Great texture and taste - not too heavy like many other GF bread options. We live in Brooklyn during the rest of the year and despite luckily having lots of GF bakery options around, I’ve just been skipping them because they’re mostly just expensive and sad. This was not the case! I just had an everything and kept a plain in the freezer, but it’s been so long since I’ve had a good bagel — I might just eat it now 😅

I pre-ordered birthday bagels on a crazy busy weekend (4th of July!). They were completely slammed with a line out of the parking lot. I went to the front of the line to ask for my pickup order and the girls working were efficient, courteous and needlessly apologetic. They got me my large order despite how swamped they were, and the bagels and cream cheese were all absolutely delicious as always. Ali & Kev are such a welcome addition to our town and they even went out of their way to give my 5 year old her favorite out of season cream cheese and custom colored bagels.
