The blueberry goat cheese prosciutto pizza blew my mind! When I saw the pictures online, I told my wife, "Blueberries don't belong on pizza!" I couldn't have been more wrong. Hands down the best pizza I've ever had. The mildly sweet flavor of the blueberries blends so wonderfully with the warm goat cheese. Crust is the perfect combination of light and airy, crunchy, and chewy. We tried 4 different slices and they were all unique and delicious, but the blueberry pizza was the favorite for sure. Also, parking behind the restaurant was great, the employees were personable and kind, and the prices are very reasonable. Nice picnic table dining area out front that doesn't feel noisy/busy even though it is right off the main road.

I learned about Pinsa and their amazing pizza before we vacationed in Kennebunk a few weeks ago. We ordered the Pinsa Blueberry (with a minor pregnancy modification) to go. While we waited for our pizza, we chatted with one of the owners. She was so lovely and kind. We absolutely loved this pizza. The salty and sweet combo was incredibly delicious. We loved the leftovers just as much the next day. It rained most of the time while we were in Maine, otherwise, this would have been the perfect lunch to take to the beach. Pinsa is not to be missed!

I stopped by here during Christmas prelude for lunch, and I liked it so much that I came back for dinner the same day. Fast forward 10 months, and I’ve flown all the way from Michigan to stop in and grab some more of this amazing food. I cannot find anything like it near me, full stop. Got two full pies - one for here and one for later. Love the service as well, very authentic and you can tell the owners care about the quality and the treatment of the customers. Will be in Maine again next year and you bet I’ll be back!

I’m 63 years old and have been eating sandwiches my whole life. I think I ate the best one I’ve ever eaten this week. The Mortadello sandwich is off the hook. Crispy bread on outside but soft inside. The meat is imported from Italy. The soft cheese and gooey stuff inside is incredible. I’ve been back 3 times in the last 5 days for this sandwich. Before that I was hooked on the blueberry pizza and that is also incredible. I’ve ordered that so many times I had to branch out. I’ve only tried 2 things from Pinsa’s because those two things are so good I don’t want to try anything else. I’m going to have to force myself to order something else on the menu because I’m sure everything is great. By the way I’m also sensitive to gluten but this bread/dough is supposedly very low in gluten. I feel fine after eating it. Just...

I popped into Pinsa on a Sunday and immediately knew I was in for something good — the smell of fresh-baked crust hit me right away. Then came the greeting — a woman so welcoming, I felt like I’d just walked into my aunt’s kitchen. That kind of hospitality sets the tone before you even take a bite.

I ordered a margherita and a cheese slice. The crust was a YES: crunchy & chewy, exactly how it should be. The sauce, bright, sweet, and fresh.

Now, for some context: I’m Italian, I’ve lived in New York City, and I’ve eaten pizza all over Italy. So yeah — I know pizza and I take it seriously. And since moving to Maine, I’d kind of given up hope of finding that magic. Until today. Pinsa is a hidden gem. It combines quality, care, and warmth in a way that’s rare.

Can’t...
