McDonald's — Restaurant in Kennebunk

Horrible service Caitlin was extremely rude. I ordered an iced caramel mocha coffee and waited within a very very slow drive thru. Whene I finally pulled up, I got a regular iced coffee. I told her it was made wrong, and she insisted that i didn’t order an iced caramel mocha…. In which I had the mobile order screen to prove it. She argued with me about it and told me she couldn’t make what I asked for because they didn’t have large kids for the whip cream to go on the cup.

Instead of lying to me and making it look like ot was my wrong doing, she could’ve at least said that and offered my coffee to be in a medium cup.. but no.. instead she made what she wanted and thought she could get away with giving it to me and me driving off. She was so rude that I asked her for her name so I could call corporate , and she was rather proud to tell me her full name, and when she I said “ oh beautiful.. now I can call district” She said “ I am beautiful”

Really ?? Very immature and definitely doesn’t know how to produce a line with coworkers. Staff was all over the place and needed help from a property manager to lead their employees. Not one that’s under...

Never in my life have I been to a cheaper McDonald's. I go through the drive-thru quite often with a friend, but today I went by myself. I ordered the usual...2 quarter pounders with cheese, plain, with only extra mustard. Well, we always get it plain but it never seems to have more than a smeer of mustard so today I asked for mustard on the side. Well, I didn't get extra mustard on the sandwich or at the window so I asked the person at the drive-thru for mustard on the side. I got it, but when I pulled away I noticed there wasnt more than a couple of drops in the container she gave me so I parked and went inside. I spoke to someone who looked like the manager and told her the story and she shrugged. Really? and the person from the drive-thru said, "that's all we can give you." Right....because you didn't save any money by me having it plain and mustard is soooo expensive. So, guess what? I'm not going back and I would suggest if you want it "your way" you should go somewhere else too. That is terrible...

Today is May 3rd, 2001, 10:10pm. Traveling through Kennebunkport on business. Just stopped at this McDonald's to get food. A woman's voice spoke up over the drive-thru stating that she'd be with me in a moment. Several minutes went by. No one was in lobby or in drive-up ahead of me, so, I thought I had better check to see if they were closed, and if what I had heard was a recording. The woman's voice piped up immediately when I asked if anyone was in there. She barked at me repeatedly stating that I was impatient and rude. I tried to get a word in edgewise to no avail. She then finalized her beradement of me by telling me to hit the road, and that they weren going to serve me. I asked if I could talk to the manager, and she said she was the manager. I saw an employee come up from the alley heading into McDonald's, and pleaded with him to to reason with her so I could get some food as everything was closed. He ended up taking my order and getting my...
