Bubbie's Snoballs & Ice Cream — Restaurant in Kenner

I dont really care for the previous post, but I walked in with a coat and a hoodie because it is cold and my fiance also wears a sleeveless hoodie and was also served. The problem with the hoodies comes from putting it up all the way to cover up when there is no need to do so in a building. Home training would let you know that covering yourself like that is rude. Previous review irked me enough that I needed to start out with that.

When you walk into Bubbie's there is a very chill vibe. There are plants and warm tones within the building and a welcoming atmosphere. The menu is to your left when you walk in and it can be very overwhelming. I will say that my most favorite is Bubble Tea Thai tea flavor with honeydew flavoring in it with fruit jellies and whipped cream. I went in 3 times and received the exact same treatment each time which was with kindness, professionalism, and I will like the say accuracy with orders. Each time I have asked for the same order I was given the order. In fact, while the lady did not need to, when I asked if bubble tea came in a bigger size, she promptly told me no, but made a mini version of my bubble tea and even added jellies to it. She did not need to do so and in fact, each time I've come in, I had a pleasant time and will continue to give my business to here. This is my go to place for snoballs and ice cream. They serve Blue Bell ice cream at a great price. There is so much too chose from that every time. The owners are very sweet and inviting people. You can find them there on a daily basis. They take credit cards which is a great thing since most snoball stands are cash only. Also, this place is open all year round is has great hours. Parking is sometimes an issue with the shopping center is busy but never been a huge problem....

Great snoball place! They have a few tables with checkers which my kids love, clean bathrooms and tons of choices! We have had an array of snoball flavors, milkshakes, sundaes and a banana split and all have been great. Staff is always helpful and sweet
