Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Kenner

This is by far the worst Starbucks location I've been to. I visited it 5 times (between January and July 2024), and only once I got my coffee right and smoothly. Twice I waited a ridiculous amount of time (10+ minutes with 3-4 customers before me), and twice I walked away empty-handed because they didn't have black coffee and didn't offer an alternative. The staff seems unprepared and not caring at all about their jobs. Some of them are anything but friendly and give you a "what the hell you want" look when you approach the counter. (In my 5 visits, only one guy was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. But I didn't get his name. Sorry).

Everytime i go no one is working. Hard to tell if there open or not. Got to search for the person working there. Only one person working at all times. And when that person is on break your just out of luck. Never seen a starbux like this ever. Now when there open you will get a decent drink depending on whos working at the time your there. Most of the time it seems like they just put untrained target employees in there. Oh and i cant forget last time i was there knats were in the little thing they put the pastrys and cake pops in on top...

I used to avoid this Starbucks like the plague, however it seems recently they've had some staff or management change that has improved everything. I actually started going here instead of dealing with the long lines at the regular Starbucks!
