Asian Express — Restaurant in Kennesaw

I've been going here for nearly a decade and this place is still amazing. Honestly for the price and the flavor your cannot be beat this place!

I cannot remember all of the the names of every dish, but I remember the skewered chicken, lion mien, and most of the the chicken dishes being amazing.

Everyone there is clearly working as hard as they can, and I know I appreciate them being here.

Also I don't know if she works there anymore, or if she retired, but there use to be an older lady who worked here and she was amazing! She made my day everytime I saw her!

Wonderful to talk to, and she even visited me at my place of work at the time (thrift store), and she made me so happy.

I honestly could never be disappointed in this place because of her, and even after I moved away I try to visit the store when I can, but I haven't seen her in a while.

I hope everyone working here is doing alright, and that she is doing well! Honestly one of the best places food and money wise in the area.

Okay so this is the second time they did this to me. I walked in and asked for bourbon chicken and asked for it fresh when it looked so old. She said no and scooped the old bourbon on to the plate. Asked if I wanted anything else. I said no and she rushed me to check out.

The second time I went back the lady who served my food called out for another lady in their native language and looked at me funny. I asked what I wanted then when I was going to add another scoop she looked away and spoke in her language to the other lady. My husband said excuse me. They added the scoop I wanted. Afterwards a gentleman from the back came to the front and spoke with each other in front of me. I knew what they were saying and I DO NOT TOLERATE THAT KIND OF BEHAVIOR.

Don’t give me wrong the food is okay and good if your looking for fast Asian food but expect to be a tad bit old. I have been coming here since 2019 and so far this has been the worst customer service a loyal customer...

Everyone please add up your order before hand and don't let anyone play you out of your hard earned money. Today was my first time visiting, my mom comes here often and she lets anything slide but I do not. I ordered 3 meats and 1 noodle at $1.50 each and a water at $1.25. They attempted to charge me $19.88 for that and when I corrected them they acted as if they didn't speak English or understand. We know you speak English. If you don't speak English how do you communicate with health inspectors? It's not a problem that they attempted to charge me 19.88 because I spend $20 on a light day for food. It's the principal don't try to play people out of they hard earned money and when you get caught act as if you don't speak English.
