Sunday night we stopped in the drive-thru for my dinner. In addition to the 3 piece meal, I asked for 2 biscuits. We paid for the meal and left, arrived home, no additional biscuits. I called the store and was told if I would bring back my receipt they would replace what was missing from my order. It is raining and we can't find the receipt. I call back and speak to the manager who offers to replace the missing biscuits at our next visit. Tuesday of the same week, my husband decides he wants KFC and goes through the drive-thru again, making sure he asks for the 2 biscuits we are owed. He gets home, my 3 piece is wrong, his order is missing chicken strips. Again, I call...and call...and call...each time I call, the phone automatically hangs up after approximately 2 and a half minutes of ringing. I immediately call back. After over 12 minutes of this mess, I get in my car and start driving back to the store. Again, I call, the phone rings about 2 and a half minutes, then automatically hangs up. When I arrive in the drive-thru a pre-recorded message plays, "Thank you for coming to KFC. We're sorry, we are currently closed." I am BOILING. At that moment a young girl's voice comes over the intercom asking if she can take our order. That EXACT same moment someone, female, FINALLY answers the phone, 20 + minutes after I started calling from home. I was soo ticked I don't remember exactly what I said but I do know I asked for the manager. When I reached the window she was there and I asked for the corporate office number. She said they were not connected to corporate but gave me her district supervisor/owner's number. I then proceeded to explain the problem. I will admit, in my furious rage I did throw out a four letter word. I will also compliment the manager for maintaining her composure, saying she would replace the food but asked me not to curse at her. She took down the full order and asked me to pull forward so they could make all fresh food. I called the district supervisor/owner and spoke with him about the entire incident. The manager brought out the food saying the order was correct because she prepared it herself and that she provided a couple of cookies. We check to be sure we had everything and left. Got home, started eating, I open my mashed potatoes with gravy container to find macaroni and cheese...due to an allergy, I can't...
Read moreIf i could rate no stars i would the cashier whom had on a black scarf was rude she breathed heavy and huffed and puffed when i did not want nashville hot on original after 15 minuets of waiting for her to come back to the window from a customer altercation that could be seen thru the window on the front counter the cashier came back to the window and told me it would be an additional 6 minuet wait on extra crispy i asked for my money back and the district managers name and number the manager came to the window and tour off the top of the receipt with the store name and info and told me the store number was in the code for the survey and i should just complete that i again asked for the district manager number and was told to pull up and after i asked for his name so i dont have to pull up and wait for that the manager wrote david on the survey paper this is my second complaint a couple of weeks ago i went to this same kfc dined in asked for nashville hot and my chicken was missing the sauce it looked nothing like the picture posted in the store for advertisement so i was going to post it to social media and then since ive recently moved to the area decided to forgive them try them again since im a local resident however this incident was it im done i will never return to that location again and probably not another one either the customer service and product i did receive and the one i wanted to but did not receive today is just horrible horrible service for a long standing...
Read moreThis location is severely understaffed, especially for peak lunch period. The same person was working both the drive thru window & front counter. She was doing the best she could given the circumstances. I think the owner or manager was the only one on the food prep line. The customer in front of me was bringing back a pot pie because it was cold in the middle. Gross. This was my first time trying the nuggets & taste rise they were ok but they were really dry from either being overcooked or sitting in the warmer for an extended period of time. Their signature mashed potatoes tasted like a pound of butter was in them. The drink fountain had issues as well. Extra "liquid" that I hope was either water or carbonation that spilled all over my hand and cup. It was a mess. I remember when individual sides were like $1.50 & now they're more than double that. $3.50 for coleslaw is beyond ridiculous. This what I would summarize as a...
