Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Kennesaw

Honestly very disappointed at their event planning and managers. Whatever you do don’t go here for events. I wanted Nothing Bundt Cakes for my wedding as it is a personal and family favorite and one of the only cake places my fiancé likes. I contacted them 8 months out they asked me to contact them sooner to the event date, got this same reply at 6 months and 4 months out. Each time them promising that they could do my wedding and it would be fine and someone would contact me. 2 months out, I called them every week asking for a manager to please get in contact with me about doing a wedding order as the employees didn’t feel comfortable on doing it which is understandable. Every time it was the same reply but they promised me someone would contact me. I even went in and was promised that a manager would contact me ASAP. Then I find out that they won’t even have the flavors that I want anymore because my order wasn’t put in soon enough and they are about to only do their holiday flavors.

If I could put zero stars for the service I would. I will start by saying that the cakes here are delicious, HOWEVER, the customer service by one young lady was terrible. This was my very first time in the establishment so I didn’t know you could only order cupcakes by the dozen. When I first walked up I said I want to order some cupcakes and I would like 3 confetti and 3 lemon. She rings it up and I sign the receipt and she proceeds to put 6 mini actual cakes in a paper bag. I said hold on, I wanted cup cakes not actual cakes. She proceeds to tell me that cupcakes are only sold by the dozen. Instead of telling her that when I initially came into the store I told her I was ordering cupcakes, I apologized for the confusion and told her I want cupcakes. A slight attitude and huff and puff came after that. She asked a young lace beside her to void the order and she rang up my cupcakes. No niceties... just take the money and hand me the receipt. Needless to say she was not happy with me, but oh well. I’m a customer and I didn’t know but that shouldn’t be a reason to have a very noticeable attitude. 5 star cup cakes...if I could put zero stars for...

Let me start off by saying that was, hands down, the most transcendent experience I’ve ever had whilst eating a cupcake. My angelic manager lead me to the mecca that is Nothing Bundt Cake and I am forever changed. We had our own cupcake flight of sorts, featuring the red velvet, the marble cake and the flavor of the month, confetti. I have never in my life known any cupcake to be so moist and titilating to the senses. From the sweet creamy icing to the delicately flavored cakes down to the crumb of the cake and the way it hangs on your fork weightlessly before consuming your senses with a symphony of understanding. This cupcake is next level. It knows you, your wants and needs. This is a cupcake to give your all to. One to share your deepest thoughts and weaknesses with. One to trust. I am forever a believer.
