Look at that sandwich!? The bread was rubbery and the sandwich sloppy. I called to complain about my order and I was told that I asked for too many ingredients. Subway never has a problem with too many ingredients nor does Jimmy John’s but OK. I asked if I could have the sandwich remade in person so that I can make sure it’s to my liking and I was told by the manager that she would need to call the owner of the store for approval to remake my sandwich! I received a call directly back from the manager who told me I needed to bring the messed up sandwich back and swap it for a new sandwich. Mind you, the manager says she made this sandwich herself, reference the picture. When I went back into the store to get my sandwich remade. the young Hispanic lady that made the sandwich, rolled her eyes at me the entire time as if the money for my sandwich being remade was going to come out of her paycheck. I will never eat at this place again! (The tomatoes...
Read moreThis location just opened up close to me, and I was excited, because I really enjoy jersey Mike's. I have been going to the Woodstock location and sadly, I will continue to go there. They sent coupons upon opening, so I tried to use them, the employee told me that it was expired and not valid, they weren't. I ordered two subs, which took 20 minutes to make so i had to take them to go. When I finally got to open them up, both were made wrong. Not a big deal, these things happen. Sent an email to corporate almost 2 weeks ago, haven't heard anything back. Not one word. Seems that they really don't want the business, it appears they are actively trying to get rid of it. They also have fake profile leaving 5 star reviews. Disappointing.
P.s. The "owner" messages back and says nothing of any importance, not a thing about me getting the wrong order, 0% effort to correct this.. mind blowing. Stats...

Twice now, at this particular location, I’ve observed the cook that is preparing hot subs grab raw meat, chicken and/or steak, then grab fresh bread, cook up the sandwich, tear the paper to wrap the sub, all while never changing their gloves. This evening I also observed the same cook touching the fresh sliced subs, again with the same gloves they used to grab raw chicken and steak. I really hope someone in leadership or the owner addresses this before someone gets sick. :( I won’t be returning to...
