Burger King — Restaurant in Kennett

Picked Up Two Online Order's fairly quickly and without too much upset or fuss. Food isn't my favorite but, it's good size for our buck. I ate the fish I liked it just fine good for "fast food pattied frozen fish" Long John Silvers and CaptainDs are better fake fish by far but, the fish was bigger in pattie than most all other fast food like McDonald's or Sonic or Something Similar. We didn't fill like we waited along time except for in line waiting to get to the Drive Thru. Order Station That Day You Had a line maybe need another line there somehow people was driving off it was taking so long at the beginning and then after about 15 minutes it picked up again???? This is a good review for what it is this Burger King is as good as any other. This Store Personally was friendly, apologetic, was swapped with more than they could handle and still we was back across town before the whole first 30 minutes of break was over I mean 28 minutes is before the first whole half hour is up technically and we enjoyed our food, beverages, and desserts with our family. We've noticed a severe decline in quality of both food and service at this location. It is a Burger King, but compared to other locations we've been to, this is currently one of the worst.

Service was fast, but not efficient at all since accuracy of the order was off. My daughter and I ordered single cheeseburgers with ketchup (nothing else). What we received were plain cheeseburgers.

Mobile Ordering seems to be an afterthought here. We ordered on the app and sat down to await our order number or name being called out. Nothing ever happened. We kept an eye on mobile order pickup and it wasn't there. We were the only party in the store. We had to go up and ask about our order to get it. Additionally, although Mellow Yellow is displayed in the app, it is not available at this location.

I seldom eat Burger King because typically the employees are terrible. While passing through Kennett, I noticed several cop cars parked outside. Since they were parked in parking places, I figured they were eating supper. Cops don't eat at bad restaurants. I went inside and ordered. Employees were neat, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. Although busy, the young workers were taking time to provide excellent customer service. The young guy fixing sandwiches was fast, yet the sandwiches were carefully put together and looked very neat and tidy. I was very impressed with the quality of the employees.
