I ordered a custom cake based on an AI-generated photo of a cake shaped like a turtle, as a birthday surprise for my dad, gifted by my aunt. I had high hopes, but Angelica exceeded every expectation. The cake was a work of art—detailed, vibrant, and perfectly capturing the playful charm of the design. My dad was over the moon, and our guests couldn't stop admiring the craftsmanship. Tried 2 order a cake 2 weeks before I needed it. This business phone was answered like you would a home phone with HELLO. I verified if this was the business number for the bakery and the girl responded OH YEAH. I explained what I wanted to order and she did ask the flavor of the cake, flavor of frosting and size. Price wasn't discussed and I was told a text would be sent to me to confirm info but again I wasn't told price so I assumed that would be included in the text. I have never done business like this b4 and I never received a text so consequently I never got my cake. I did call 3 days later and the person I spoke 2 was very nice and apologetic . Needless I will go elsewhere...

Ordered cake and cupcakes ahead of time for small party. When I picked up the cake and cupcakes, I looked quickly at everything and it seemed okay and rushed out. Once I got the cake home I noticed all the details I had requested did not match the cake I had received. Disappointed. Not sure if she was super busy and rushed my order the cupcakes were beautiful the cake did not look anything like what I requested.
