BAD AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

About a month ago I went here because I was craving some ice cream... They change owners and the people who work there.

My kids order one scoop of ice cream and I order a tejuino and Esquimal.

First, the lady who asked my kids what ice cream they wanted was hella rude. I was nice and I translated for her because she didn't know English. Well, that was done whatever. Then they called me to give me my tejuino well I had asked for tejuino with lemon ice cream and she gave me just a tejuino I let her know and she rolled her eyes to Jupiter and remade it. Without talking shit with her co-worker. But it was whatever also. I had ordered also a strawberry Esquimalt with peanuts I don't remember if it was the same person but they told me we don't have those just vanilla to which I said "Mmm you guys don't make them anymore?" (Because when it was la Michoacana they used to make them) she rolled her eyes to Jupiter again and said "you will have to wait for me to make it" and she walks with her little legs stomping to the area where they had the chocolate to make me my esquimal when she proceeds to talk so more shit and kept looking at me. She gave me my Esquimalt and I left without saying anything because I had my kids with me.

But let me say something because I hope the new owner sees this If you hate your job get a new one because walking around been rude acting like you have a stick up your bottom to the people who put money in your pockets you wont last anywhere and if you have a boyfriend just ask him to give you love and attention because we can see you need it

Went in with my family ordered tacos of carne asada,lengua and tripa. Asada was dry and lengua and tripa was way to salty we could not eat them and salsas didn't help mask the taste. For drinks one family member got fresa-leche it was way to thick tasted like leche crema you put on fruit or 3 milks you mix to add on a tres leches cake. I got piña lime agua and it was gross very bitter like if they use limes that were going bad to make it. Cashiers customer service sucked every questioned we asked about the menu seemed to be a bother to her. Her face expression almost looked as if she tried so hard not to roll her eyes. We typically go to the Pasco location but the Kennewick location was closer to us at the time so we thought we would give it a try. Never again! Save your self the disapointment, same restaurant name but that doesn't mean the service is the same. If you really want Michoacana just go to the Pasco location they have better food and...

Never been to this place before. Our normally place for corn was closed so we decided to check it out. We walked in and wasn’t sure were to order. We seen the cash register that said pay here so we went there to look and wait. No one greet us or gave us any kind of direction, we were ignored completely. We seen other people talking to the employees over the counters so we walked there. We were ignored as we walked around trying to figure it out but they all stood around staring at us. We finally got someone to the register where we ordered and paid. Our food was ready in 30 seconds so when she called out number out in Spanish I didn’t think it was ours as I do not know Spanish really good especially large numbers.
