I know this is a late review but it has bugged me for over 10years now. I haven't been back since. About ten years ago I had gone to Starbucks before my shift at the summer day camp. I didn't like iced coffee back then and rarely got coffee so I didn't know the names of what I wanted. When I ordered in drive threw, I explained that it had to be a hot coffee and wanted chocolate. The lady was rude and kept interrupting me telling me I wanted a mocha. I told her if it was a chocolate coffee and she replied u want a mocha. I got a couple other drinks for the coworkers and didn't see my drink until I was almost leaving the parking lot. I grabbed my one drink and left the others. I went inside and told them my problem. The lady took my drink and gave me a LG cup with an espresso shot in it with nothin else leaving it about 90 percent empty. When I looked in the cup, I tried to call the lady back since she walked away and they wouldn't help me. They kept telling me that's what I ordered. I went to Dutch Bros and they are the only place I go to now. I can't believe how rude they are too teens and with how long I've been upset, I don't every see coming back unless I got like a month of free coffee but I don't ever see anything like that happening. I was the only one in the drive through and after handing me my drink the girl at the window started shutting the window saying bye. I had also ordered food. After the food was given by another worker, I took a sip of my drink which was made wrong. She then grabbed my drink and said I guess I can remake this for you. She was visibly annoyed that I spoke up about how it wasnāt made without lemonade. She rolled her eyes, did not apologize, gave zero eye contact and packed my drink with so much ice. Iām disappointed Starbucks has employees like this representing them here at this location. Itās very sad the lack of customer service here. Will not be going here again and will make sure others are aware to go anywhere...

Once I made it to the window, the employee told me I need to let them know I'm picking up a mobile order in the future. I explained that I waited at the speaker box and heard nothing, so I pulled forward. She said she did speak 3 times and acted like it was my fault that nothing came out of the speaker box.
I had gotten a bakery item, and there was garbage in the bottom of the little bag it came in. I didn't realize until the bakery item had been eaten since the garbage was hidden beneath the food. Absolutely disgusting. Never coming to this location again. Increasing incidents of rude staff and...
