If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered a side of rice & beans and they gave me only 3 tablespoons of rice, literally. Asked at the order window for my money back and she said she couldn’t give me my money back. I told her this is ridiculous and she said if I wanted more rice she would charge me more. The rice & beans were cold. The chicken taquitos was a joke of the amount chicken they put in it and they were very stale as if they were made much earlier in the day and just sat there. The beans had no flavor and tasted old and looked old too. The food was disgusting, I don’t even know how this place is in business. Looks like there are alot of recent reviews who are also saying this place is dishonest by overcharging and not giving them what they paid for. I had to come back and give an update that the that food made me sick. I was highly suspicious how fast the food came out. I ordered it and as I drove up (no cars in front of me)and finished paying the food was already done. I suspect they make the food prior to ordering and leave it there incase people order the food which I don’t think that could possibly safe or not pass the food inspection. I would think twice before buying food here. There other reviews also stating the food made them sick....

I came here excited to try their food and I got the #6 chicken burrito ($17 after tax). It comes with rice, beans and a taco. I asked for chicken in my taco instead of the beef because I do not eat beef. After I got home I noticed that there was steak in my chicken burrito, so I called them and the abuela that took my order answered the phone and was so sweet and said I could come back. When I arrived the younger girl was at the register and I told her I called about the chicken burrito, she asked me if I was sure it was bacon because it couldn't have been and I told her no it was steak. She told the chef who was persistent and kept shaking his head that there was no way there was steak in my burrito (picture shown). She said he was making it again. It seemed like there was a problem so I even offered to come back home to get the burrito and bring it back, she said it was fine he was already making it but that experience was not a great first expression. We tried to go through the drive-through at first, but after three or four minutes of waiting with no response we backed out and decided to go inside to eat. Honestly wasn't much better, although they took our order quickly it took over 30 minutes for them to get us the food. They consistently filled orders coming through the drive-thru at that point but our food was nowhere to be found. 30 + minutes later when our food arrived, it arrived in to-go containers and we were informed that they were closing in 30 minutes so we now had to take our food to go. The prices here are higher than comfortable places in other cities I've had similar fair in (Portland Oregon, Seattle Washington, Las Vegas Nevada, San Rafael California to name a few). The food wasn't terrible, but it certainly wasn't anything to phone home about. If the food was amazing I would understand the higher prices, but I've gotten better food for less in other areas.
