Zero stars if I could! This used to be a great store, and for about a year now it's been one of the worst! The store is constantly dirty, flies are swarming and inside the food display case, customer service is terrible. When you walk in, you are rarely greeted, when standing at the register no one will even say "be with you in a moment" no matter how long you have to wait. Drinks are wrong 90% of the time and if you say that and request a new drink it's usually wrong again or the barista is upset and has an attitude about it. I visit Starbucks 2 times a day typically and this is the worst store in Kenosha. At the drive thru window on a Saturday late evening I ordered a "grande pumpkin cream cold brew with a little extra pumpkin topping" and received a grande pumpkin cream cold brew with 6 pumps of cinnamon dolce, no idea where that came from but I pointed it out and said it wasn't what I ordered, the barista seemed upset, took my drink and walked away from the window...8 minutes went by (I didn't plan on timing her, just so happened that I was sitting in my car with the clock light staring at me so I knew it was 8 minutes) then the barista handed me the new drink and said "here you go". I said thank you and pulled away and when I took my first sip I choked on a mouthful of powder, there was so much pumpkin topping that I had to take it off with a spoon. This was not an accident, the pumpkin topping is like a cinnamon powder, a few sprinkles is all you put on a drink and extra should have been another few sprinkles, this barista knew how much she put on my drink and gave it to me like so. I am tired of wasting my time and money on incorrect drinks and I am tired of the awful customer service at this...
Read moreToday I Parked and Walked in!. 4 cars in line so just thought I’d look at gift cards and order a Regular Cortado. I asked if blond expresso machine was working because I have been told in past yrs it was not. A baristas who was not even waiting on me yells defensively across the store “We can always make blonde expresso” I proceeded to order and wait on the other side. Now Mobile orders were pretty busy and things were hoppin..BUT.. 20 minutes later I see my Cortado expresso sitting next to my short cup with my name on it. There were seven employees some sipping samples of pink something but nobody at my drink I just wait. Someone glances at me and says what’s your name and I said I am waiting for that Cortado pointing. I started to mention it’s just a regular and she rudely barks “I can read the label” She handed it to me and I said wow that took 22 minutes!.. I am done with that Starbucks rudeness. It would also be great if they could train everyone how to blend the new Matcha powder now that the powdered sugar has been removed from it! I cannot even order any Matcha drink at any Starbucks because it’s just never blended correctly now .I am sure it now becomes an extra effort.Yes I am almost done being a customer...
Read moreI come here whenever I visit my Mom, and normally have no issues. But today I came and had a 5 drink order. I got a melon burst and subbed the passion tango for the blackberry sage refresher. Something I do often at my home store and others where I live. I was allowed to order it, but was told at the window that it's actually not allowed due to caffeine content. Which I know is allowed because I am a partner myself. So I explain, im a partner and get it all the time. The person at the window was sweet, but the shorter blonde person with a pony tail and stripped shirt, clearly annoyed by my order, rudely said whatever it's a partner I dont care. And then the rest of the team proceeded to randomly peak into the window to see who was ordering. I also ordered a water, which I can tell you was absolutely not filtered. It was 100% tap water. Something i believe done in retaliation for pushing the fact that they were wrong. Again, the person in the window was kind and clearly caught in the middle. I get it was busy, but with all our back to starbucks training, I expected more hospitality...
