Clean place, clean dining area, clean restroom, but the path to their restroom is like walking in a warehouse . You are surrounded by all these heavy supplies. So watch out none of these heavy boxes,or heavy bags fall on you or your children

Food taste, flavor, freshness, aroma ,and the seasoning are awesome. Food appearances are good. Food portions need improvement . They are little small. Only thing is off is the little salad ,they give you. It comes covered with ranch dressing, that ranch dressing flavor will throw you off . It does not match the authentic flavor of the food your taste bud is enjoying. Prices are reasonable for the quality you get. The food come out really slow. But I tell you. If you care about really good tasty food, and willing to wait for it, then you will be rewarded for your wait. The food quality, and taste , aroma. and good flavor is consistent. Their rice flavor is the best in all the restaurants in the whole king county who serve similar flavor ( middle eastern). You will feel really good , and satified eating this delicious meal, but not full, because their portion is not big enough.

The young man name Tubi who works in the back is friendly, welcoming to customers, but he is not the one who greets, and serve the customers, But sometimes he does.If Tubi is working in the customer lounge then the customer service will improve, and the customers will feel welcomed, and will get served well.

Update 09 &10& 11.2022 there is another new young server ( Roman) in the dine in lounge ,and because of him the service has improved much better. The food is still comes out really slow from the kitchen, but it is still amazing, and delicious. Still order ahead ,before arrival, even for a dine in is a very good thing to do. Update 1 & 2 & 3.2.23 their prices went up, but their portions still remain the same ( small). Their food is still awesome, and will still come here to enjoy their food, just order more food to make up for their small portions, and of course pay alot more 🤣🤣🤣 They have a new young server name :Sohail . He has good personality, and good customer service

I hate this place in Kent. Worst management. I went there with my wife and kids. The music and the videos they played on TV were lustful and immodest. They didn't turn it off or changed the channel even after my humble request.

There was only my family and a couple sitting on other table and they're not at all caring about the music & video being played. We didn't understand who they were playing the video songs for? Initially all my family thought of dining in but as they didn't respect my request, my family had to leave and wait in car until the food we ordered is prepared and taken away. Even the food they gave was not good in taste as well as in quantity. We decided to never go again.

If you are a practicing Muslim and want to dine in with family, this is not the right place. Apart from checking whether the food is halal or not, especially the environment in which children sit and eat should also be checked. I know their another place in Bellevue managed by his father. He is very nice, humble, friendly...

We'd gone to this restaurant with our friends after they had great food at their Bellevue branch. That branch closed down unfortunately but we'd discovered that the quality and taste of the food was similarly excellent here. We are vegetarians, so got the caddoo, borani and the eggplant along with pakaura, tea and doogh. Everything was delicately spiced and excellent. Pumpkin and eggplant are something that require skill to perfect and we found the dishes excellently cooked to perfection and well presented in addition. Service was quick and the restaurant owner came in to check with us if the food was to our liking. It's hard to find good food that truly stands out in the Seattle area and this unassuming place is an easy 5 star...
