Taco Time NW — Restaurant in Kent

Well I have lived in this Kent area for over 10 year's and went to this Taco Time many of times. The Food was always great and the employees always being courteous and professional and with smiles on their face. So it made my dine-in experience always enjoyable. Well that was up until today. Today I decided to have the Beef Nachos plate. And for the most part it was worth the $7 or I spent. Well that was until it was time to use the public restroom before I headed back into the Beautiful Sunny Day. This is where my restaurant dining in experience turned into a horrible experience and pretty much made it so I never eat another Taco Time Meal again. First and foremost I was in the restroom for less then 10mins at the max. I was using the restroom and doing my duty like any other time. When the manager on duty decided I was in the restroom for way to long or something because she started pounding on the door and yelling through the door. "Are You DONE?" Well last time I checked there wasn't a time clock. I can understand if I'm in the restroom for good amount of time or making a mess of the restroom but all I was doing was trying to do my duty and use the restroom like any other normal person would be doing. But the manager on duty decided I was in there for far to long and tell me it's time to go. Wth?? I just spent money in this restaurant and she is going to treat me like this? And that's not even the worse part. As I'm leaving the bathroom and the restaurant. Trying to wash my hands first through. She tells me to Never Come Back. You Are Never Allowed here again. OK now I don't understand what I did wrong here. I tried asking her for the reason and she says something like. Oh You Know Why. Huh I'm totally lost now. My mind is blown and so is my time ever coming back to this Taco Time restaurant. And I don't understand why that is? Could it be the fact that I'm currently Homeless? I think so? And that just wrong don't you think? I spent money here just like anyone else did. Wow my mind is still blown. Thanks for reading my Kent Taco Time Restaurant...

It's more spendy than the average take out. This location can be a bit hit or miss. The staff was very prompt and courteous. This last visit was a miss on food quality and temperature. I love their fit bowl... A bit more healthy than other choices... However I purchased a Tostado Salad for my husband and maxi nuggets (tater tots) which were cold and a disappointment. Then my chicken fit bowl, I had to wait about 3 hours after ordering to eat. Literally the food was turning, it had a sour spoiled taste... It was REALLY bad. I know it's protein (chicken, rice, beans) but it should not be spoiled and tasting as if rotten food. So icky. Spent $30 for a :meh: salad, cold and dried out tater tots, and a dish that tasted of spoiled rotten food. The service was really good, the soda pop was good mix and tasted great. In fairness, other times I have had fresh hot food at this local... Again...

Visited this location to see if things got better to only see things are worse! Giovanni handled my order and others, and when he went to drop my burrito into the oil, he didn’t wash his hands first him being a manager. I was very disgusted. Then I talked to another manager about this situation, even though when I walked in the restaurant, I witnessed her with gloves on washing a dish at the dish area And she didn’t change her gloves so that was the right flag. She told me as long as he’s putting it in hot grease it’s OK but for food safety he should be washing his hands. This is very concerning. She should’ve just apologize and try to make it right instead of making excuses I’m battling cancer and don’t want to get sick before I ring the bell I take this seriously 😳 I didn’t even want the food anymore it’s expensive and not being...
