update Oct. 2021 Beside the plastic protection being removed, the store is the same, busy even on a rainy day.

This time I got 1/2 dozen for the office, and an Apple Fritter and Maple Bacon Bar for myself. I've had a few versions of apple fritter lately, and this one was by far my favorite. Huge, with lots of apple pieces, and soft (not overly fried). The Maple Bacon Bar was the perfect combo between sweet and savory, I'm not embarrassed to say I finished the whole thing myself.

Tip: Pay with cash to avoid 3% card fee

Nov. 2020: My Grubhub order was ready and placed inside a sealed box when I arrived. Also, there is a plastic sheet over the counter that separates the cashiers from the customers. Super friendly service. The lady offered to fill a chocolate donut with cream because they were out of the Cream Filled donut for the customer in front of me - talk about good service and customization!

The donuts are all super fresh. My favorites are the Apple Fritter and the Maple Bacon bar.

This little donut shop is a definite "Happy Place." Friendly staff and melt-in-your-mouth donuts make it a fun place to go for take out or there are a few tables if you want to eat in. The apple fritter (my favorite type of donut) is packed full of apple pieces, has lightly crispy edges, and a flavor burst that had my taste buds begging for more. All of the varieties our family tried had delicious soft dough with just the right balance of sweet toppings with not too sweet dough. Got there pretty early, like 6:15 am. The lady that was serving was on the phone the whole time, I waited a bit to be asked what i wanted..she continued to talk on the phone the entire time, even during my check out. I guess I was the only one there and didn’t really care too too much. The doughnuts I got were pretty good. I wouldn’t say the best I’ve ever had, but they were soft for sure. I should mention that I don’t eat doughnuts that often, but my husband loves Boston creme and didn’t seem to be a huge fan of the one I got...
