Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Kent

TLDR: False Advertising

I was happy to see there is a Jimmy John's that's a walkable distance from my work. At my first order, the worker told me about the rewards system. So the next day, I signed up and placed an order through their app.

However, the rewards system is deceptive. On the app, it says you get one step closer to your next reward every time you place an order with the app. It turns out these orders must be "qualifying orders." Buried under multiple pages of text, your order must cost $3 in order to qualify. The side I ordered was the most advertised, yet below that dollar threshold, so my order wasn't counted. What's worse is that the app encourages you to order that side like that because another goal in the app is to do exactly that! Yet these orders do not count as "qualifying." I attached to this review the first three things you will see when you download the up. It's just plainly deceptive. I will not be returning again.

Hmm... ordering from Jimmy Johns is something I like to do when im stuck at my desk with a bunch of paperwork, its just easy. Or its supposed to be. I order the same sandwich everytime, and this is the third time they've gotten it wrong. First time, let it slide, call in and ask to note the account my order then wait awhile. Second time... okay. Third time, not okay. So I get that the driver is frustrated im making him go back and make it the correct way, but come on its the third time. When I asked for this, he calked his manager and huffed out of here all irritated. He stated he was the person who took the order originally he can look through the orders and see the same sandwich ordered. I dont think ill eat it now bc I can tell how frustrated he was, and just dont trust the sandwich now. Its frustrating for me too as the reason why I call Jimmy Johns in the first place is bc im already so busy I cant take a regular lunch. Okay so I'm 45 years of age and I have seen Jimmy John's all over every city I lived in every state I've lived in and I've never eaten in a Jimmy John's so you guys are advertising this fiery hot red wrap all over TV so I decided to go and try it cause I'm a foodie I love good food. I was very impressed that wrap 🌯 was so good it was so flavorful and whoever created this they really put a lot of thought process into this because not one flavor in that wrap out Powers another they all blend in together and they are so good so so so good the vinaigrette dressing the mayonnaise some other dressing I don't know the name of it but that is a delicious wrap and I will definitely definitely definitely be going back for that rap I hope you guys don't discontinue this like I hope that this is just not an item that you promote to see how it does and then it go away I love this wrap.
