Walking into this Starbucks, it seems to be over staffed by a few people because on average, the drive-thru is non-stop, but inside the narrow wide hallway-like design is pretty much always empty. Precedence going to their mics & window, the service is surprisingly immediate--you can tell why when you get a taste. During this whole pandemic, like many other businesses in their industry, there's an awkward corner (on the far right entrance) filled with disheveled piled up chairs. The utter lack of any communication between usual small group colleagues, especially crammed behind a corner counter and well stocked display case, plus the really low volume background music & the infrequent anti-social customers created a sort of uncomfortable unwelcome. TIP: if you're pro-social-distancing & have a strong opinion or agreement with mandating everyone to properly wear masks, you will want to avoid this location because * the few times I've sporadically seen a customer inside whom all seemed to prefer sitting closest to the pick-up spot+main door, not a single one of them wore nor visibly had a mask on/nearby or at least somewhere in plain sight and apparently this is acceptable by the 1/2 dozen Starbucks employees... or maybe none of them noticed... even though there was ever only 1 staff member being productive at a time. The one-on-one interactions I had were OK. *I am not a regular customer, but the extremely open windows on 2 sides of the building provides ample viewing to passersby. Plus, in this otherwise high-traffic area, people only use this exit for a gas refill between Kent-Auburn-Renton...

Every time I drive -through order my drinks always perfect. I donโt mind if my drink got mess up, but bad service and not friendly. I need to speak up. How ever today drive-through CLOSE. So I have to go inside to order. When Iโm done order with my drinks, after that I tip with my cash , but the lady service for me she donโt even know how to smile and thank you. She ask to much questions, she must be new employees. Not even ask my name, but I donโt mind. But better make my drinks right. I never ask for receipt but I had a felling something wrong. So rude and bad service and ugly attitude. This Starbuck donโt have RESPECT. I ask different lady that she makes coffee. Excuse maโam โwhy my coffee less and alot off ICED ?! Not the same yesterday that I ordered here. Plus I know my drinks look wrong already . The lady make my coffee respond back โ that because you orders extras iced โ I was wonder in my mind do you guys look the costumers orders?? โ I GUESS NOT โ Learn how to respect and smile. ย ย ย Read moreThe staff here is great! Have gone to this specific location a few times and everyone working is super kind. Had a fall chai creme drink ordered from the online app. Was my first time so i didnt know what to expect. It looked like straight up coffee with cold foam on top but i didnt know how the drink was suppose to exactly look like but when i mixed and tried it was super bitter for me. Went back and barista accidently made the cold brew version of the drink. Super nice staff, the manager at the time i beleive remade the right drink and gave a next drink on us card. Will be coming back!!
Editing my review: came here to get my drink and was in the drive thru. I got my drink and it was literally so hot outside like 75/80 degrees so i asked for a cup of ice for my water bottle so my water is cold and icy. The indian worker was quite rude and said to order the ice at the start of the drive thru...but i didnt think of it as much/i just thought about it sitting and waiting at the window. I go to starbucks almost daily and this is a first for me lol. 4 stars because the rest of the employees are always really sweet. Sucks i had to update and dock...
