I don’t like to leave reviews like this, but having worked in food service (including my families own food restaurants)….I know what good customer service SHOULD be and the treatment received today was FAR from that. I was initially met with a horrible attitude from the woman working (Sylvia) and against my better judgment to walk right back out, I decided to order anyways. I ordered a 6” sandwich for my daughter, who ONLY wanted salami and lettuce. She put 3 lil pieces of salami on it (my understanding is that a 6” sub should have about 3oz of meat on it? Give or take). I had asked for it to be toasted and apparently she didn’t hear me because she continued to put the lettuce on. I said “oh I’m so sorry, I would like that toasted please”….to which she responded “i already asked you that and you said no” 🙄 there were a couple other instances when I had asked for something else and received that same response “I already did this or that” I also ordered the nachos and asked for some extra cheese (that I would have gladly paid for) and was told “I can’t do that”. YOU “CAN’T” !? A side of sauce on the side that I’m paying for? What great customer service. Anywho, comes time to pay. I was charged $8.99 for a six inch…and then an additional $1.39 “because of the salami” !? I frequent subway enough to know that that extra charge was absurd and I can’t recall a time I’ve ever been charged extra just because it’s salami! When I mentioned it was something I’ve ordered many times and have never been charged that way, her response was “well I COULD HAVE charged you for a more expensive sandwich” Even though I was the only customer inside, i was treated like an inconvenience, didn’t get a “thank you” or anything of the sort at the end of the transaction She was very curt. Hands down one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway! I won’t be returning to this one to say the least. Have a...
Read moreThis is me everyday in my work clothes. My clothes are washed just stained. Yes I get smelly because it’s hot I sweat and sometimes I wash compactors trash bins, I’m a Professional Pressure Washer Technician . I get smelly…during working outdoors. The majority of the time I eat out I’m always on the GO working! Yesterday I entered at a this Subway Shop there was two people ahead of me. I said to myself meanwhile she’s preparing their Sandwiches I’ll go wash my filthy hands. Doors to bathrooms were locked I requested the key and her answer was the bathroom use are for customers only and I laughed said and what am I? I walked away and said fine I won’t be your customer with that attitude! The fact that I looked dirty she assumed I was homeless Jajaja people need to stop judging if they don’t know. So what, let’s assume I was homeless so what?, why not allow people to buy or use bathroom?! I don’t wish them bad but someday they will find themselves in our shoes and they too will be rejected they will know then it’s not okay to treat people that way. Not all people who are dirty are homeless I’m definitely not homeless I have a dirty job . Think before you react! Next time I go over I’m taking her a tool box so she can make some adjustments for that rudeness attitude of hers! No stars should...
Read moreOrdered a Roasted Chicken sandwich and everything was fine until about an hour later. Sitting at work and my stomach is not feeling very good, finally threw and went home early. The rest of the day was in bed(throwing up, diarrhea, etc) Few days later i still get pains in my stomach from the food poisoning. Did some research and found out that they have so much literal crap in the food that McDonald's seems like a healthy option(even though they are pretty close to as bad). Stay away...
