I’ve been to many Arbys in my lifetime… this one though? This one is truly special… they had more than just “the meats”. It was a late Friday night, at the end of what I think was a dinner rush… The family in front of me grabs their food and leaves… leaving me the last person in the store and then I see him; the smartest, kindest and most respectful employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting in my life. His glistening ocean colored orbs met mine for a moment as he takes my order (2 roast beef sliders and a large curly fry, extra Arby’s sauce.) His voice reminding me of angels singing… I felt myself melt in his presence… I even decided to compliment his “he/they” pin and he got so excited. He then took my money, I typically hate paying with cash due to the amount of time the process takes but this young gentleman gave me perfect change in a span of just seconds… truly astonishing. After a few minutes my bag is handed to me… our hands touch for a moment and I blush…. I look away in embarrassment before sitting down to enjoy my food. The curly fries are nice and hot and the sandwiches taste incredible, especially after I add the addition Arby’s sauce on it. I finish every bite and enjoy every second of it before throwing away my trash, I even go so far as to ring the bell to show appreciation for the amazing work. 10/10 will be coming again. This is my new favorite Arby’s restaurant in the entire world, will definitely be back for a round two… until then, I will be craving the meats from...

My experience this evening was satisfactory and better than typical of Arby's in general. My three star rating is rather high for this kind of establishment. A higher rating would reflect extraordinary service and quality.
My wife and I visited this evening (a Tuesday) at 8:29pm. There was no one else in the dining room and little traffic at the drive-through, which could be an indication that this place isn't popular for some reason.
I noticed that the dining room and service counter areas were clean and orderly, as we're the beverage service and condiment service areas. I used the restroom and found it clean, odor free and properly stocked. Nothing extraordinary, but better than my experiences with many other Arby's, which usually have some deficiencies in these areas.
Our orders were taken by Laura and filled promptly and correctly. Laura was polite and efficient. I noticed that Laura and another employee we're cleaning and organizing the kitchen and service areas when not serving customers. They appeared to be going about their tasks efficiently.
The food was of adequate quality and generous portions.
As with most Arby's, there's adequate convenient free parking, designated parking for handicapped patrons, and the building appears to be fully accessable.

Read moreJust went in to order and I had to tell the girl that the magnetic strip on my gift card may not work after she slid it 4 or 5 times. Another crew member came over and said the system hadn’t been working all week! 😳 I had just called to get my balance on the card before I walked in. I have $8.45 on it. The crew member typed in number and said I had O balance. I was upset so I walked out but I walked back because some people have typed in wrong number before so I ask the lady to type it again! She again told me I had 0 balance. I just called again to find balance on card. Again the balance inquiry number says I have $8.45!! Last time I was at this location it took at least 10 minutes at the drive thru and there was only 1 car ahead of me. Even when I got to the window the girl told me my card didn’t work. I told her to type it in. About 5 minutes later I finally get my card back and the drive thru window girl looked at me and ask me what I ordered! She said “we are really busy”! Really? There was only one car ahead of me but I reminded her I just ordered the orange shake. To sum all this up. What is my point? I will NEVER be back. Arby’s need better employees at this...
