LaRosa's Pizza Mt. Zion — Restaurant in Kentucky

I have been getting food from the Mt Zion location for decades. I'm not sure what has happened but the last couple of times I have ordered, the food and service have not been up to par. Tonight we got baked ziti and salad JRC but did not receive the salad at all. The sauce on the ziti tasted bitter like it had been burnt. Also ordered garlic bread plain and well done. Receive it with cheese and no where near well done. The two calzones came with only two meats, not three. The only thing that seemed correct were the garlic fries. I admit I did not call because I didn't want to wait to get a corrected order. It will be a while before I try ordering...

Ordered a grill chicken salad today, it cost a little over $9 which is pretty normal for a salad nowadays. I waited for about 10 minutes for them to make my salad. When I got back to work I opened my salad to find it was just lettuce with shredded cheese and two olives (I asked for no olives). So they either don't read the orders or they don't pay attention to what you order. I only had limited time for lunch since I work and was forced to eat lettuce for lunch. When you spend over $9 you would hope you get more than a container filled with lettuce. I won't be going back here, even though when the chicken actually makes it in the container, it tastes...

This location is a little different from other Larosa's restaurants. This location is primarily a delivery/pick-up store. You can dine-in but seating is limited. Currently there are only two booths an 3 or 4 tables to choose from. Just remember this the food is going to be great. There was a young lady(Jordan) who was working the counter and taking care of the dining area the night I was there. She did an incredible job taking care of everyone.
