Don’t book their load !!!! Do not!!!!!!!! First !they are not 24/7. And I’ve got here on 02/28 the APPT is 03/01. I’m the carrier of JB hunt . They’ve told me that the appt suppose to on 02/25. But if they have time to unload for me today they will call me.. I said : ok understood . So I’m waiting on this tight spot for 4hrs. During 4hrs all of their docks are free! But they don’t call me. I ask them if they can do it. They just tell me to wait …. Yea 4 hrs for nothing. They are lazy! Lay fakin zee ! Don’t take their load. Let them bankrupt! I will never book their load !!! And the last. They have really fakin tight spot here .

I only dropped an empty trailer here, but make sure you have a washout receipt...I got my washout at the blue beacon in Benton Harbor, MI by the pilot...no issues.

So far so good. Person who said there's no over night parking is wrong as far as I know. I called and spoke to person here who said that they do allow over night parking 🤷‍♀️

Also someone said they do not have a restroom but person on phone said that they do have a restroom inside the glass door next to the shipping/ receiving door. Door is underneath a awning

Also they do load/unload early here to. Try to check in at 7 am when they open for best chances.

They took less than 2 hrs to load me and got started 8 + hours...

Was late to get loaded (my fault due to previous receiver), was closed when I arrived. Checked in at 0700 and was given a dock right away. Started loading right away. Very friendly and helpful staff. Docks are a little tight. You are able to stay overnight in their lot.

Must have a kosher washout receipt in order...
