Vintage + More — Local services in Kentwood

My wife and I started refinishing furniture and creating small home decor items last year. After visiting many antique shops and thrift outlets for material and inspiration, we finally found Vintage Plus More in March of 2016.

When we walked in, we knew we had found a place of like-minded craftspeople that shared our love of all things vintage, re-purposed, up-cycled, shabby-chic, and beautifully unique. We immediately started to imagine what it would look like to have a space of our own, and started a conversation with the owner, Shelley.

It was very clear that her passion of this genre drove her to make it her life's work. She has done an amazing job of setting up a store that draws in the shopper and offers a product line that is unlike any other. The unique selection of vendors has made this shop a place to find something for any style of interior. Remarkably, the pricing of the product really stood out as the perfect balance. On one hand, the crafters aren't selling junk here, and the price tags reflect that. On the other hand, I believe the value of these handcrafted items and relics from a by-gone era leaves the purchaser feeling very satisfied that they got a quality product for a very fair price.

Let's face it, neither the owner or the vendors are trying to become wealthy from this quaint little suite on 29th Street, however, you will leave feeling richer for the visit.
