Schuil Coffee Company — Restaurant in Kentwood

I first learned about this company through an ad on Facebook. I do love the bean and was fair salivating going through the website. No lie, I spent over $100 the first time I bought from them online and that was with a first time customer 50% off discount. As you can see from one of my pictures, they have SO MANY different kinds of coffee! The flavors are so amazing. I use just a bit of heavy whipping cream and a wee bit of Stevia and it brings the flavors out so well. And the single origins! I love single origin more than I love flavored coffees and they do not disappoint! I have not tried all of them... yet. The ones I do have are the Bali Blue Moon and the Celebes Kalossi. They are so smooth. So good. How can you go wrong with a good light roast? You can't. The physical store itself is just great. You walk in and it smells like joy and happiness. The ladies behind the counter were so helpful. I had a pretty big order and they got it out pretty fast. They even recommended a new single origin for me to try. All in all, I have had nothing but good experiences with Schuil. They've definitely got a lifetime...

Schuil Coffee has quickly become my favorite spot in Grand Rapids for not only its exceptional drinks but also its affordability. The iced coconut latte, which is my go-to, is simply amazing and priced at a reasonable $5.83 for a 20-ounce specialty latte. What's even better is that they don't charge extra for oat milk, unlike some other coffee shops.

Aside from the great drinks and prices, the staff at Schuil Coffee are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The girls working there always greet you with a smile and create a warm atmosphere that makes each visit a pleasure.

The coffee shop itself is also thoughtfully designed with plenty of seating available, making it easy to find a cozy corner to work or catch up with friends. The aesthetics of the place add to the overall experience, making it a delightful place to spend time.

I was introduced to this coffee at work(Spectrum Health Hospitals). I fell in love with all of the different flavors! The unflavored coffees are good too, I just really love the variety of the different flavors. There are a lot of unique and seasonal flavors that I don't think you could get anywhere else, at least not for the quality!! Some of my favorites are coconut cream, French vanilla lavendar, white heather, Michigan Maple, and Horchata.

It got expensive to keep buying it from work, so I went to the store to buy some for home. The store is very beautifully decorated. It is not a large store, but there is a small sitting area. They offer specialty coffee drinks along with bulk coffee beans for home. I really liked that they had allergen friendly treats at the store from a local bakery. It was a special treat for my gluten and dairy free foster daughter. They offer a Spectrum Health employee discount as well, which was a plus.
