Whit's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Kernersville

Terrible consistency.

I have been getting a large cup vanilla with chocolate chip and then an EXTRA serving of chocolate ships. SAME order every 2-3 weeks on avg for last 3 years

Every order is followed by 'Can i please get some chocolate chips on the bottom of the cup as well? - to add content uniformity for when I reach the bottom of the cup.

This past week i paid $12. something with tip. After placing so many exact orders, so frequently, with explicit instructions every time, I wonder why I can't get a consistent product?

Baffles me. I want my ice cream with a certain consistency of vanilla and chocolate chips. I pay for the extra serving and request some chocolate chips at the bottom, so why can I not get ice cream as ordered? Should I say something different because clearly this last order had no chocolate chips in the middle of the cup

When I get what i ordered I am in heaven, when I don't one can understand how I feel. It is ice cream with one topping. Please provide some consistency is...

This is one of my favorite places in kernersville. But tonight when I went into the store we had a employee who was not friendly at all matter of fact he was very rude. My husband was not sure what he wanted and he was asking the employee (a young kid) about different flavors. He proceeds to tell him to look at the board. Then he told him he could not read his mind. I tried to get the kid to smile by saying the night was almost over and tried to make a decision for my husband. The kid had no personality whatso ever and needed help with his customer service skills. He would not smile just a straight up little butt. I really hope his manager reads this review and trys to give him some guidance because he definitely does not need to be on the front line. This happen to me on Saturday, December 8th at 6:15 or so. I wanted that custard so bad but ended up walking out because of the kids little nasty...

My family and I have been coming here for years for custard, however, Sunday night 3-9-25, was a horrible experience. There were three people in there whom we had never seen before, our bill was $38 and when I questioned it, I was told "yeah we went up on our prices nothing we can do about it" as she turned around and walked off with an attitude. They were not busy so no need for an attitude or to treat me this way. On top of this, they tried to give us someone else's order and when we stated it was not ours they looked at us like we were crazy. I work in a customer service realm as well so I know all about the way a customer needs to be treated and it is not like I was treated last night. I do not know what has happened to this place but it has gone down hill drastically. You are no longer made to feel welcomed and all you get is attitude and hateful vibes. I would be cautious visiting...
