BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Kettering

Good food, but inconsistent customer service. Not a fan of management here. Ordered 2 Bragels (bacon egg and cheese) and had my order made wrong (just a a plain bagel). Then when they “fixed” my order they only gave me one of the sandwiches and had to wait another 10 minutes. Overall waited over 30 minutes for me to receive the correct order. Then they give me 2 coupons which didn’t disclose I couldn’t use them simultaneously on my next visit on the same items they messed up the first time. I didn’t even get an “I’m sorry about that” even though “coupons” disclose how they can be used whether it’s a date, location or if you can stack a coupon. It seemed like a pointless thing to give to “makeup” for the bad customer service if it just lead to another issue which was to be told I couldn’t use both after the incident previously that week. I would highly recommend this as a great alternative to the other big names in coffee sales, about Annie is there a wide variety of coffee options with all the usual syrups and flavors but they do offer a good-sized cold drinks menu with pretty unique options as well. I'm a huge fan of the asago chicken and cheese bragel, and I like the fact that you can customize pretty much any products to your liking. The usual Entourage of milk substitutes and dairy alternatives were available as well. The inside decor is bright and modern with charging ports on some of the tables and the staff have always been attentive and friendly...

I've been here twice now and each time has been a pleasurable experience. The employees are kind, and both times I noticed they were laughing and socializing well with their coworkers. That's a good thing, and so refreshing to see! More often than not in restaurants anymore, employees are visibly unhappy (and it's understandable why), so to have two pleasant experiences at a coffee restaurant is rare in my opinion.

Besides the coffee being outstanding, this place is worth the money. They have a drive through that moves swiftly and the prices are pretty standard. Definitely...
