If you have a decent laptop or even a gaming laptop I’d recommend this place but for custom gaming desktop loops I would not I needed my loop retubbed I have two pumps one for my gpu and one for my cpu and I knew it needed retubbed because who ever did it the first time was novice I really trusted these people they quoted me 350-500 for the job with using my old fittings so I ask them to just re hard tube it with barely any fittings and to vertically mount my gpu mind you they can make the brace they have a 3D printer in the store they quote me 800 so I’m like ehh kind of steep but I need it done they have good reviews so I tell them to do it another week goes by so I call and ask how everything is doing they tell me the tech guy needs to talk to me he calls me the next day and quotes me 1100$ !!! What? So I had to put to a deposit down of a 100$ mind you so I tell them that I want to just come get my pc it’s been in their for seventeen days now so I pick it up they want to keep my 100$ for taking the gpu out and taking the tubes out with clearly tubes still attached and a ton of liquid still in the hanging tubes .. like are you kidding me they put my gpu in a static bag mind you so I take my computer to another shop they pull my gpu out and they didn’t even get all the coolant out of the gpu so it got into the board which can ruin it I have a evga 2080ti FTW3 which is quite pricey so I call and leave a voice mail for the shop telling them what they have done to my gpu and I never heard back from them I can’t believe these people seriously the shop had to take apart my gpu to fix and void my warranty I should honestly be taking to my lawyer it costed me extra money to have my gpu taken apart and cleaned and had to void my warranty 25 years of experience my fanny sir and the shop I took it to re did my loop hard tube style with custom plating designs all for 750$ these guys are a rip off when it comes to custom PCs I would not recommend for this type of work oh and you saying my leaky pc wrapped in paper towels that’s ridiculous because it was literally one paper towel wrapped over one of the tubes on the gpu pump not even close to any components I put it their to be safe my gpu was not drenched either you guys did that you even left coolant still in the gpu loop after you took it apart ridiculous I really can’t believe you can defend yourself I love your reply so shady seriously you all should be ashamed of yourself it took my guy 3 hours to clean out the gpu I really can’t believe you people tried to defend your self your reply is...

Hello I am sure that you remember me, I am the guy who came to get a 17' macbook pro repaired. You offered the same macbook pro version that I have to sell to me for 650.00 plus the trade in of my Macbook pro. Otherwise to get it serviced would be 800.00. Here is my question to you, Why did you not tell me that my macbook had a recall on those parts. True enough I did not know, but as a small business in a community, don't you think that you should have had enough integrity to tell a customer, that this could be served for free by APPLE? I did take it to APPLE and they are servicing my Mac for Free. But here is the other issue I have with you. You would have charged me $225.00 more to fix just fix the issue at hand. APPLE is servicing something 2 fold, that would have cost me $575.00. I admit, I almost went with you guys, but felt in my spirit that you and the lady working there were pulling my leg. I talked with her first, and even as she began to service another customer she was very in tune to our conversation, and offering her input from time to time. DNACOMPUTERS is not loyal to the customer or community at this point. I will make it my business to make sure that it is known not to trust a word that you say. Your lcm of integrity will keep you from having great fortune and good relationship with the community and customers alike. and this is not to be mixed up with COMPUTER DNA in Cincinnati, they on the other hand have incredible integrity. Service is incredibly slow and the company doesn’t honor its work.

After my Lenovo Yoga 900 stopping taking a charge I replaced the charging port and then the battery. Since neither fixed the issue an associate recommended DNA Computers. I went to their store in Nov 19, told them my issues and paid to have another charging port installed. They explained that it could be a faulty replacement port. Ok, then that failed and they installed a new battery. In Jan, no progress so they recommended a new mother board. Ok, another 400$ and I have a new motherboard installed. Due to COVID, I get it back in March 2020. Computer works fine, no issues. Aug, same issue is happening again. I take it in and after a few weeks they recommended replacing it. Ok, what about the money I invested on your expertise? The work is warranties for thirty days. Then they say they can give me cost on an Acer. The catch is it’s a a cheap base model. I counter with a better model and am told they’ll get back to me. A week later I heard nothing, picked up my computer and moved on. I’d recommend saving yourself the headache.

Rebuttal. I talked to Josh on Monday with a ‘guarantee’ to get a call back the following day to find out if the newer computer was available. Instead, I call back on Friday and get nothing.
