Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Kettering

Ordered one chicken wrap at 12:22pm Thursday May 8, it didn't come. I called at 1pm worried about whether the driver was okay but there was no answer, it rang and rang until it disconnected. I gave it a few minutes and tried calling back, it disconnected after ringing a long time again. I called a third time nearly an hour after ordering and got someone right away. Before mentioning anything about who I was they said they were remaking my order and it would get to me when they got to me. I gave them about another half hour and called and again nobody answered. They answered on the second call this time and I asked to cancel my order and give me my money back. They said if I get my money back it should come through Monday or Tuesday. I said to put it through and made sure they had the information they needed to cancel my order and refund it and I'll make sure to update this review if I do actually get my money back. Horrible place. No Jimmy Johns should not be open if there are not enough people to make a simple sandwich and deliver that sandwich exactly 1/3 of a mile from...

This is the 2nd time in 2 days I have tried to eat at Jimmy John’s and have not been able to order food. Yesterday, it was because the store closed early. Today, they say their internet is down and they can’t take orders. Why don’t employees know how to take orders without the internet? Both instances the employees weren’t sorry and don’t seem to care. No loss for them if they don’t have to work. Whilst I was talking to the male employee today telling him what happened yesterday, he starts talking to another person! Horrible customer service...

I grab dinner from this JJ's at least once a week as It's on my way home from work and is opened past 9.
