Horrible, horrible, horrible, service. It always takes a while for someone to great you at the drive thru speaker. The gentleman who has finally answered the last few times was very short and seamed annoyed. There was a car already waiting for their food. The gentleman kept trying to get someone inside the attention. When he finally did I heard him tell them he had been waiting there for 15 minutes and asked if there was a problem. The lady rudely said "I don't know, I don't know what's going on." The gentleman waited a little while longer and then kept trying to get someone's attention and they would not come back to the window. He screeched off and left. When I got to the window the lady popped her head out and thought she was talking to the gentleman. I told her that he left and he was not happy. She was rude and shaking her head like that made her mad that he was mad. I said I completely understand because I'm not happy either. I've been sitting here for at least 10 minutes. She said well it's not my fault we're having problems. I said well why don't you tell the other customers before they pay. She yelled and said "I did. I just told them!" There were 2 more cars behind me at this time. I said I just want my money back. After about 5 more minutes of waiting I kept saying can I just come back and get my money I need to get to work. No one would respond to that. There was a gentleman who looked as if he was the manager near the window. I asked again if I could just come back and get my money. He did not respond and walked away. I had to leave without my money for the food that I paid for. So I basically paid to sit in their parking lot for 15 minutes. This used to be my favorite location. As soon as I started to order the employee said "I can take your order but we have no soda" , which didn't matter to me. I ordered a quarter pounder, small fry, and 10 pc. mcnugget also a small vanilla shake. She informed me there were also no shakes. She was very short with her answers and I understood because she was the one having to tell people they had no drinks. I paid and went to the pick-up window. As the girl was opening the window she already started to state my order. I heard chicken mcnuggets and small fry, figuring I just missed the quarter pounder I took the order. I looked in and saw no quarter pounder so as she was closing the window I said excuse me..I aso had a quarter pounder. She rolled her eyes and asked for my reciept. I gave it to her and she shut the window and said to someone this lady said this was her order then decided it wasnt. She doesn't know what she wants. First off I have been in retail for 49 years, I am 66 years old, and don't need drama in my life. If she was going to talk about me she should have waited until I couldn't hear her. I was beyond mad..she handed me my order and I told her she was very rude and I wanted my reciept and the manager. She then shut the window. sat there for a few minutes but it was lunch time and people wanted their food. Being in retail you learn it's the customers the pay you..you don't pay the customers. When I have come for myself very early morning to get breakfast, even if itās busy there doesnāt seem to be many issues. When Iāve come EVERYTIME for doordash or during the day or night they repetitively mess up simple orders. The workers have no communication skills with each other. They will blabber about things in front of you and just make themselves overly confused. I have work in several establishments that Iāve used doordash So I know firsthand how it works on both ends. I would never get the order from door Dash had the store not excepted it. So they are taking orders and activity not filling them until you get there and wait 10+ meets for anyone to even greet you. To make all this they are NEVER BUSY when this happens. Yesterday there was one person in the drive through before us and one table of 3 people eating in the dinning room. A total of 3 cars came through the drive through while I waited over 15 minutes with little communication as to why and watched 6 employees walking around and efficiently. Today I waited over 5 minutes , not a single person greeted me even though I was close to the dasher pickup counter, making eye contact and 4 different employees came to the counter just to move some thing around on it ( A bag full of ketchup packets and napkins) and didnāt ask what I was waiting on, say hello - nothing.
