So I'm very upset about my recent visit to this subway. I placed an online order for 6 footlong subs an paid 47.00 the order said it had been confirmed gave me a time to pick up an even submitted that my order was ready only to wait outside for nobody to come out finally go inside two employees were yelling at each other an about their jobs. After they finished their arguing they said oh we don't have your order an you'll have to call costumer service to get your money back well that was Friday and still have not been contacted by subway nor received my money back an had to repay for our food which is completely ridiculous an they should've made the order since I had proff of purchase.. not to mention they called me saying my order was ready to pick up now I'm not sure if I received this call at later day or time because I just got this voicemail today. Oh an to make it even better their costumer service number is s only for digital concerns/ complaints so you can't even speak to anyone. This is not how you handle situation like this an I'm still out almost 50.00 that I don't have right now because we've all been sick with covid so I'd appreciate someone to get back to me about this an refund...
Read moreStore needs remodeled bad. There is a dirty sewage smell that hits you in the face as soon as you walk through the doors. The women’s bathroom smells even worse. Loose tiles on the floor. I feel terrible for the workers there always working open to close because the owners are too lazy to hire new people or work a shift themselves. Sure they close early sometimes or open late, put yourselves into these poor workers shoes. There are two ladies there that always offer the best service and make our food correctly and with patience and kindness. I was informed the owners keep their credit card tips as well. Corporate needs to step in and take over this store so their employees aren’t being overworked and stolen from. Owners are too greedy to accept coupons. Read moreI went in with my daughter and she ordered a 12 in sub and had a coupon for a cookie.The cashier honored the cookie coupon. I ordered two 12in subs with a coupon that was buy one get one free. She would not honor the coupon. It was a Sunway coupon so there was no reason to nor except it. I will Never go to this Subway again. I will go to the one further down Woodman near Fricker's. That is ridiculous.
